Thank you for your review, we have a bill to ship to policy in order to protect ourselves and consumers from fraud.
It is actually stated in the checkout process: Please Note: Your Shipping Address should match what your credit card company has on file as an approved - Ship To Address - if it is different then your credit card billing address.
We do offer other methods of payment that will allow for shipping to another address, these include: Paypal, ACH and check.
We are sorry you were disappointed in our policies and we were unable to help you using the credit card payment method.

The company website touted free…
The company website touted free shipping. When I got charged shipping, I emailed customer service who indicated it was only on certain items. This was a bit deceiving and cost time and an extra step in ordering. I should have called in my order instead of trying to save time by ordering online! I will say that customer service was very prompt at getting back to me.

Thank you for your review, yes many of our machines: vacuums, extractors buffers, etc. have free shipping but the accessories that go with them usually do not. The free shipping will always be on each item to specify which ones are free shipping.

We do not claim your order is fraudulent, however we do what we can to protect both consumers and ourselves by having a bill to ship to policy. Meaning we only ship to the bill to address of the credit card if you are paying by credit card. This information is on our checkout when checking out as well and is written as: Please Note: Your Shipping Address should match what your credit card company has on file as an approved - Ship To Address - if it is different then your credit card billing address.
Our customers have many other options to pay that allow for shipping to a different address including: Paypal, ACH and Check.
We were also unable to process your card when you order was placed because it was typed in incorrectly per the credit card processor.
