I didn’t know that Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificates are automatically renewed and bought one of the certificates Simply offers. Later, I found out that I don’t have to do anything with my Let’s Encrypt Certificate and ask Simply to get the money back for the certificate I bought and they refunded it back to my account. I think that was really helpful and great service. I have my personal website hosted at Simply.

I accidentally renewed a domain and was charged for it. I contacted Simply.com, and they were incredibly helpful — they cancelled the renewal and refunded the payment immediately. Really great service.

I got usefull feedback via email. I needed help with upgrade php and WordPress on a no longer supported installation on a web page. Since I'm not an experienced user I got all the help I needed from Simply.com. The web page works fine after the upgrade.
