Bought a new kitchen with fitting. Expensive but was told it was good quality. Lots of issues that had to be resolved with delivery, incorrect fitting, missing parts, and damaged items. Still have 4 outstanding issues that they are not fixing and are ignoring my messages. Excellent sales people right up to the point they get all the money, then communication stopped. If you buy from them don't pay in full until you are very sure all snagging and fixes have been done in full. Or save yourself the money and get a kitchen from Wickes or B&Q (one of their more expensive ones) as they are the same quality as the one I bought from Uno Kitchens.

Customer service is important to us. From the first meeting to paying the invoice for a job well done. But does it end there? Our superb kitchen refit was designed and installed by Uno Kitchens back in 2019 by Anil and the Uno team. In the last week we had an issue with our washing machine. This was nothing to do with Uno but some small kitchen cabinet components needed to be removed to provide access. I didn't want to use a regular 'handyman' but rather someone that knew the specs of the kitchen. I still had Anil's number and he arranged to come over with his guys to help out. They were with me within 48 hours and not only dealt with the kitchen cabinets but actually diagnosed that the washing machine issues was an electrical socket problem which they fixed! To be honest this was all above and beyond the service I had already had from Uno back in the last decade. It's always good to get more than a single quote for a major refurbishment but please consider Uno as one of them. Very highly recommended. Please give Tina at Uno a call.
