The bars are much too sweet, full of sugar and very little protein. Unfortunately I won't order them again.

These unrefined flapjacks are amazing. I'm on a low sugar diet and I found after trying one of these it didn't interfere with my sugar levels at all. A little expensive but what isn't nowadays?! Really good quality ingredients used, so I guess you get what you pay for.

LOVE!
I bought the Flapjacks and the Brownies and they are SO delicious! They taste better than any I’ve tried in the past that were full of preservatives, lecithins and refined sugar. Would recommend to anyone!

Great tasting bars!
Great website, fast shipping, superb tasting bars (my favourite are the flapjacks but all are good) and full of natural ingredients. I use these to fuel my cycling as their packaging is really convenient to shove in a jersey pocket without resorting to processed energy gels.
