Rude staff after my son slipped on your steps outside

My son slipped on your steps outside. It had been raining. Fortunately I caught him before he went head first. I politely told the nice lady behind the till when I was paying for my items but another female member of staff shouted over and gave me terrible attitude insisting that the steps were non slip so it couldn’t have happened. I only wanted to prevent anyone else having an accident. An elderly customer saw him slip and backed up my story. I don’t appreciate the employee lady’s attitude towards me it was totally undeserved. The steps appear to be freshly painted I would look into an alternative covering. I would also recommend a chat with your staff on how to treat paying customers who were nearly seriously injured on your premises!!

Wallpaper full of errors and got ignored when emailed them.

Bought about 8 rolls of Superfresco Geo and found AFTER starting the wallpapering that the embossing had serious errors where it had been left not embossed in certain areas of the paper. It looks terrible and cost me quite a lot. I emailed this company with photos and just got completely ignored.

I certainly wouldn't use this company for wallpaper.

Great variety of high quality wallpaper…

Great variety of high quality wallpaper in a wide range of colours, styles, textures & price ranges. Staff are very helpful & friendly especially Joyce who was very attentive & is an absolute gem! Thank you

Ordered paper on Monday lunchtime, delivered next morning. Superb Service!! and it was cheaper than anywhere else I had looked. Defo ordering from them again.

Costly disaster

Service is good - but the products? We bought seven rolls of Erisman paste the wall paper to redecorate our kitchen. We hired wallpaper specialists decorators to do the job. They stripped and prepped the wall, hung lining paper and then turned to the Erisman. As any pro would, they unwound the rolls. Only to find that three had white marks and were rejected. The rest seemed OK so we’re hung and left to dry. The following morning we inspected - and found disaster!
The paper was riddled with blotches of shade and some lengths look different in tone to others. We complained to Untouchables and discovered our complaint was not unusual. They said the paste the wall papers were very thin and have little or no backing behind the vinyl. Well thanks for that.
Our professionals had done a perfectionist job prepping the walls and still the paper was rubbish. What the Untouchables couldn’t or wouldn’t grasp was that we had paid over four times the price of the paper to get it perfectly hung only to have a dreadful result.
Our only option now was to paint over the paper. The Untouchables offered to supply the paint but by now we had lost all faith in them and their products so left the professionals to use paint they trusted. Then we paid them to paint over the paper we had paid them to hang! Crazy. All we got from Untouchables was a refund for the spoilt rolls that had supplied. So take this as a lesson - the paste the wall products from Untouchables can be an expensive experience!

Firstly please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused to you.

We sell thousands of paste the wall wallpaper every month and only on the rarest of occasions do our customers experience issues with them, as we said paste the wall wallpaper doesn't have lining on the back and so the walls need to be as perfect as possible. However, with damaged wallpaper we are strong in our commitment to resolve these issues as best as we can. As such, our staff issued a full refund once you brought the issue to our attention, as well as also offering to cover the costs for painting over the wallpaper, which you refused.

We have removed the rest of that batch of wallpaper from our shelves and have returned it to the manufacturer to ensure no other customer receives this batch from us.

We are sorry to hear that despite our best efforts to resolve the situation you still aren’t satisfied.

Very impressed...ordered 5 rolls of wallpaper on Tuesday lunchtime and order arrived 24hrs later on Wednesday!! Well done!

Amazing company

Amazing company, my mum ordered paint on a Friday and it came on the Monday(2 days) amazing considering we live in Essex And we’re in a pandemic! Thank you all for amazing service, quick delivery and a very friendly delivery man! WoW, will be using you in the future too!

ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper first time…

ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper first time doing this was a bit wary but as promised on date well wrapped to my door my lovely wallpaper which i was having a problem finding in the first place in my chosen colour i loved the touch of wallpaper paste complementary a thank you card with a 10% off next order cant get better than that well done
