Easy to use and cost friendly.

U-pack is an exceptional company to work with and they even serviced Kauai at an affordable cost. Everything went smoothly, just as promised. The cost was very affordable, the timing of delivery and pick-up was exactly as promised, and all personnel were exceptionally professional and nice.

Upack was an excellent service. We moved from Arizona all the way to Toronto Canada, and every step of the way upack was there to answer questions. Customs was easy and delivery was quick. Highly recommend this excellent mover.

Upack did a great job. I was concerned because I was using shipping containers for the first time. I will say from the first point of contact to the last was all very good. If I need to move again, this is the company that I will use.

Virtually everything was handled perfectly…from beginning to end. And that’s in a world where nothing seems to go smoothly anymore. I could not have been happier. From the initial contact with the representative on the phone, who provided comprehensive information and made the reservation process so simple and straightforward, to the scheduling and coordination, both prior to pickup and delivery. The drivers were great as well…very knowledgeable and professional. I was and am so impressed. Thanks for a great experience!

UPack was the shining star in my moving experience! The containers were delivered on time and put right where I asked. I had to add a container at the last moment and the company went out of their way to bring it to me same day. The delivery was with the same prompt attention as was the picking up of the containers when they were empty. Truly a well run, organized company. I would use them again without hesitation.

U Pack was absolutely amazing. Everything about the process was so smooth and they helped me with my many questions and concerns about moving. The pods are a bit small but they do fit a lot! I was able to move a 1 bedroom apartment in one pod. I would recommend this service a hundred times over!

U-Pack is awesome! We had a very small move (1 cube), but it was across the country from PA to NV. The whole process was seamless from start to finish with their website and knowledgeable phone agents. It was a bit pricey for the size of our specific move, but we understood because it was thousands of miles of travel. Still, it was much less than PODS, and their Relo-Cube was the perfect size for us. If you don’t mind doing your own packing and would like a clean move at a very fair price, I highly recommend U-Pack. They’re awesome!

The service was easy, quick and reliable. They delivered on everything they said they would, there were no delays with my container moving cross country. They were a bit more affordable than U-Haul with a larger pod as well so I feel like it was a great value for the money and I would definitely use them again.

The process with U-Pack was easy, convenient and well priced. I moved from FL to PR, for a move across water this was fast. The employees from Tampa and Puerto Rico were helpful, profesional and respectful. Yes, I had to pack and unpack my belongings but I knew how I packed and where everything was, plus I had 3 days to fill it and empty it. The price was reasonable.

The best. I've used them 3 times in 6 years to move mostly the same stuff between California and Maine. From the folks who pick up the Relocubes to the folks who deliver them (shout out to John who delivered my recent load to CA), to the super kind and patient people who set up the order and answer questions, this company knows how to do customer service and moving right. Nothing damaged, all as expected, on time, clear communication, fair pricing. I'm a top fan! If I ever move again (it will happen, but I hope not soon), I'll be calling U-Pack Moving.

U-pack was amazing! From requesting an estimate, to setting up the service, to the cross country transport of our goods, everyone was friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Customer service was amazing. However, the truck was so dirty. I ended up wrapping every little thing in plastic to protect my stuff. It was way too much work but what else was I supposed to do.
