Used UPack for my move. From the booking agent through the truck drivers at drop off to pickup after loading for curtious and very helpful. Pickup after loading through shipment to off loading site, UPack stayed in constant contact. Drivers were well trained and very curtious. NO DAMAGE to any of my belongings. Great service and great compzny!

Upack was a very affordable and easy way for my move. Nothing arrived broken. Everyone I met was professional and polite. Upack and the crew were very timely. I would use this service again. If you need to move I would highly recommend Upack.

My wife and I just recently moved from Chicago to Southwest Florida. We were so happy that we chose to use the U pack team because of just how easy they made it for us. They were super responsive attentive, and the price was unbeatable.

Upack has a dedicated team that did an exceptional job handling my move. Also you pay for the space you use. My move was a little complicated - moving from a house and storage at once - and they handled it with ease.

Amazing experience! I never heard of them and used them for the first time! I was more then impressed!! They were helpful, kind , and everything you want in a company that is helping move your items thousands of miles away!

I had a really great experience with U-Pack. At the beginning I was a bit skeptical since I booked everything online without knowing much about the company, but they truly exceeded my expectations.

The whole process was very professional, they stayed in communication the entire time, and my belongings arrived exactly within the planned timeframe.

Everything went smoothly and stress-free. I would definitely use them again — 100% recommended!

I ordered a 6×7×8 cube to move my household goods from Washington to Alaska. I had TVs, computers, beds, etc. I received it in less than twelve days and everything was intact and nothing was broken. I'd highly recommend them.

Overall we find it to be a great option for moving our belongings. Both of our moves have been cross country, and everything has arrived safely and in good condition.
My only issue was with our recent move. I called a day prior to confirm next day pick up of the loaded cubes. Was told by dispatch that they would be picked up the next day as requested. Late afternoon of that next day they were not picked up and I received no communication. I called them and was told dispatch was gone for the day and I would be transferred to a supervisor. Never got connected with a supervisor, and when I tried to call again, no one answered. Early next day I called, put on hold multiple times, and finally spoke to someone who assured me that we were one of the first on the schedule. Cubes finally got picked up around 5pm, no communication again, and driver told us he had many previous jobs that day.
Just wanted to say that this portion of the process was not handled well, but overall I think U-Pack is a good way to move.

We recently moved 2cubes from California to New Jersey. The move went very smoothly, good communication and friendly staff.

The drop off and pickups on both ends were seamless. They always answered their phone with a real person and customer service was impeccable.. I would use them without hesitation if needed again.

On time, drivers helpful and polite

I dealt with 3 people in person and several over the phone during the course of planning and delivery and cube pickup. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. What more could you asked for? I don’t like moving but this part of it was the smoothest.

Overall this move through U Pack went very well. The only issue I had was not being able to get information about what timeframe the trailer would arrive on the back end. I was given a timeframe of between 8-5 pm which didn’t work well since I also was trying to coordinate with movers to unload the trailer. In addition, the trailer had to be removed the same day since the location where I moved did not allow parking of a trailer overnight. It all worked out but took a lot of phone calls to coordinate it all. Everything arrived in great condition and the trailer delivery folks were very friendly and helpful.

I will use U-pack again for any future moves. I've already recommended U-pack to a few people so far. I can't say enough good things about the company! Starting with the very helpful representative that got my reservation all set up, the timeliness of delivery at both locations, to the very friendly and helpful drivers. The whole experience was perfect, which was a drastic contrast to the moving company I used when I first moved across country. I will never use a moving brokerage company again. U-pack is the way to go!!

Definitely the way to move halfway across country. They dropped the trailer. Showed us how to load safely. We loaded for a few days. Put up a bulkhead wall. We were only charged for the 13 feet we used. They transported and delivered in their estimated window. Dropped off and let us unload then picked it up. Thanks!

This was our first experience moving out of town and, of all things, it was across country, from LA to Indianapolis! I spent a lot of time researching every option for the move and was shocked at the prices and terrified by the reports of belongings being held for ransom before final delivery. Then I called U-Pack. The representative I spoke with was very friendly, quickly explained the U-Pack process and options, was able to recommend the number of boxes needed for the items we were moving and I was able to reserve our box in a moment without even needing to make a deposit.
U-Pack advisors and dispatchers were easy to reach and talk to throughout our move and long-story-short, this was just an amazing experience!! Everything happened just as I was told it would.
U-Pack allowed us to be in control of packing our belongings and then took care of getting it across country in perfect condition and on time.
U-Pack was significantly less expensive than other shipping container companies and less than renting a box truck and driving it ourselves.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I am telling everyone I know that U-Pack is the way to go should they ever need to move!

Great company and fantastic cross-country moving experience. Moved coast to coast practically and U-Pack made every step easy. Called a bunch as I worry and they facilitated all of my many requests and worries, guiding me along the process. Everything arrived safely and poignantly - would use these guys again!

They were fairly easy to work with and accommodating, but some of our items arrived damaged even though we secured our load.

We’ll gladly use this service again, and recommend them to friends and family.
