Upaya Yoga ashram is a nice place to…

Upaya Yoga ashram is a nice place to stay in India for your practise of Yoga with professional teachers in Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Asthanga Vinyasa yoga and more yoga teacher training courses. The teachers take the time to show you correctly the asanas and explain you the purpose of the asanas. I appreciate too the accommodation and the staff who take care of our needs. I recommend this quiet and nice ashram, near the nice beach! I hope that I can come soon again!
