I bought the UPERFECT 18-inch 144Hz Gaming Monitor (K118 / K118 Touch / UGame model) and the whole shopping experience was smooth and without any issues.
The monitor arrived well packaged and undamaged within only 5 days.
The build quality is excellent and I am very satisfied with the performance.

I also had a small issue with the included power adapter and the customer support responded very quickly and helped me immediately.
Overall, I am very happy and can definitely recommend UPERFECT!

The products themselves are excellent, but the service was unacceptable. I waited eleven weeks and several items never arrived. There was no proactive communication at any point and I had to follow up every update myself. Strong products cannot compensate for such poor customer service. I would not order here again.

I ordered a portable monitor. Delivery was smooth and even ahead of the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, I then discovered that the monitor doesn't have a touch function. Although the model is called Umax22 Touch, there are confusingly two versions: a touch and a non-touch version. I missed this when ordering and ordered the non-touch version, believing I was getting a touchscreen monitor. Even though the name is misleading, I did order a non-touch monitor. Normally, this would mean I could return the device at my own expense (the product is flawless, but I don't like it). However, customer service always responded promptly, and together we were able to find a solution that went well beyond the standard return policy.

I bought a portable monitor for the first time. The product came perfect packaging and monitor protected well. However the monitor had a small manufacturing glitch in one of the spot. I immediately let them know and went through a return process. The team asked for pictures of the area where the pixel was damaged and the pictures of full size monitor view as well. All was understandable. It took a few days and I was refunded fully. I appreciate this company for selling a wide variety of portable monitors at a reasonable price, thin profile and with vesa mount should you need it mounted. Touch screens and other latest technology are available as well. Will buy again.

Received the 14 inch 1500 nits UColor M1 display, the brightness is great for working outside also the polarized effect of the screen gives images (and coding pages in my case) a wonderful tridimensional effect, more than what my macbook pro 4 36gb retina screen can achieve, and this Uperfect screen is also significantly brighter than the mac pro max 4 one at max brightness. Also, this screen is incredibly light, with double usbc, mini hdmi and the matte effect is great albeit is plastic but you can always get a screen protector (which is really not needed since borders are rised and little scratches are invisible on matte displays, especiallyif they are this bright).
Also love the integrated alloy stand that is very sturdy like the the rest of the full alloy frame.
Last but not least the order has arrived 4-5 days after placing it with DHL, no extra fees to pay.

At work, a lot of employees have dual screen setups, but often as managers we move more around. With portable screens we can still enjoy this possibility. After I got my uperfect 16” OLED, all managers at my floor ended up ordering similar ones. It goes perfectly with the MacBook 15”. Shipping does take some time, and it can have issues waking up after the Mac goes to sleep - but everything else is just top notch.

I placed the order and received almost immediate shipping notification. However, they told me they were out of stock in the US, so they had to ship it from Hong Kong, which would take a little longer to arrive. I notified support, requesting Version A of the UColor O2 monitor, and they responded immediately, which made me happy. So far, I've found the service to be good. I'm just waiting to get my hands on the product to write a more accurate review.

I did some inquiries about buying their product. They reply to all my questions. That's really great. but without shipping insurance they didn't give any compensation which is disappointing because it's their responsibility to transport the product safely to the customer hand.

Got a dead on arrival monitor backlight works but no picture, not even the screen settings menu works.

I got a new monitor from UPERFECT once I had provided multiple videos showing it would not work with any configuration of computer, cable etc. The new monitor works as expected.

Asking for how to add a VAT number on the bill and got a really fast respond.

I use the UPerfect UPlays C2 120Hz monitor as my primary workstation. While marketed squarely at the gaming community, I acquired it to evaluate its potential as a component in a high-efficiency professional system. My assessment is that it performs this role commendably, offering significant value for its price point. The screen real estate and resolution provide an ample canvas for a multi-application workflow, which is important for me. as a matter of fact I consider buying a second one

The website loads slowly for me while using an add blocker. Meanwhile, I noticed the lapdocks for the size and weight I wanted were out of stock. I wasn't able to purchase the product cos I wasn't happy with the options presented to me. Unfortunately the company doesn't have a way to try the product without buying.

I have been using Uperfect monitors for a few years now mostly to work while I am travelling. They operate fantastically well for this via the fully functioning USB-C ports which enables minimum cabling to be dragged around. Their monitors also tuck neatly in the laptop sleeve of my Osprey Farpoint 40 and have been robust to the rigours of much international flying!
