Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 160 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people encountered significant issues with the company's products, including bugs, graphic errors, and games becoming unplayable or disconnecting frequently. Customers also expressed frustration with the customer service, describing it as unhelpful, unresponsive, and difficult to reach a real person, especially when dealing with account recovery or technical problems. The user experience with the company's app and website was consistently criticized, with people reporting problems like infinite loading screens, crashes, and difficulties accessing their game libraries or account information. Many found the launcher to be problematic, forcing downloads, logging them out frequently, and making it challenging to play games they had purchased. Division 2 Ubisoft sucks

Ubisoft, you’re the most pathetic excuse for a gaming company. Your servers are trash, your games are unplayable half the time, and you still have the audacity to charge people full price plus shove broken “seasons” with garbage loot odds down our throats. You’re not a AAA studio — you’re a cash-grab factory that can’t even keep a game online.

Nobody cares about your excuses anymore. Fix your servers. Fix your loot system. Stop milking players and start delivering a product that actually works. Right now, Ubisoft isn’t a gaming company — it’s a scam with a logo.

Trash company

Trash company. Can't even play a game that came out in 2013. Keeps trying to link to it's stupid server. I don't care about my achievements being synced. Just let me play the game. This company won't last more than 10 more years. Sad to say though, use to make great games, but now all their games kind of suck and the good ones can't even be played anymore because of there dumb ubisoft connect BS. This is what happens when you stop letting artist have reign and corporate takes full control. Greedy and crappy company now.

Worst Customer Service

Constantly logs me out. Customer service is a disgrace. While the launcher says I'm logged into the wrong account and suggests the email I should use, customer service says that same email is not in use. I've sent in countless tickets to no avail. Over one hundred hours of a game just lost and no refund. Don't buy ubisoft games.

Level of quality

Level of quality: (Please note each section is listed as is).
Games: 10/10 (varying between 8-10)
Support: 0 Reason: the support initiative is is so low i dont think i have to say why Ubisoft is this bad. I cant even get a fix for the Crew Motorfest (windows, steam) just to be able to play the game on my system. I cant get in touch with anyone even on Ubisofts own Discord Server. Ill even vouch on the part where more then 100,000 users on that server cant play MotorFest without a Crash error up on attempting to start the game. Ubisoft, youre nothing but garbage and all you want is money. Wanna sue me? Try it ill have a lawyer waiting.

Ubisoft is an unethical company

My identity was stolen and Ubisoft has been the only place who refused to help me with recovery…in fact they refuse to even tell me how to recover my account. They’re aiding and abetting thieves. And I’m not the first one this has happened to nor will I likely be the last…it could be you next that this happens to. I really believe they are unethical and, since they’ve already gotten my money, couldn’t care less.

Extremely Disappointed – Over a Month with No Support or Solution

I’ve been dealing with an unresolved technical issue for over a month now after opening a support ticket with Ubisoft. Despite following all instructions and patiently waiting, I still haven’t received any real help or solution. Because of this issue, I can’t play the game I paid for and can’t buy or access the new DLC, which is incredibly frustrating.

What’s worse is the complete lack of transparency or urgency from Ubisoft. No meaningful updates. No clear timeline. Just silence.

At this point, I’m seriously questioning whether Ubisoft has the ability—or even the willingness—to fix the problem. It feels like my money is gone and my issue is being ignored. This is unacceptable for a major gaming company and a terrible way to treat paying customers.

Unless this gets resolved very soon, I will not be buying any future Ubisoft titles, and I will make sure others know what kind of support they can expect if something goes wrong.

Absolutely disappointed.

UBISOFT LET MY ACCOUNT GET HACKED

UBISOFT LET MY ACCOUNT GET HACKED. I got an email saying 2FA has been deactivated on my account by someone at ubisoft and then when i email them saying someone changed my email they say for security reasons they CANT help even though they are the once who let the hacker gain access to my account. I have proof of this and its crazy.

My account was hacked

My account was recently hacked, and I sent a support ticket to try and recover my account every time i messaged them they replied me with the exact same copy and pasted message "We have been reviewing your case and we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with the investigation, this is due to security concerns, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please note that your case will be closed as the current issue has been resolved." I sent all my details linked to the account phone number, email, old passwords, ect. Replied me with "After looking over the account and the information provided, we aren't able to verify ownership of the account." They take account security so seriously that when u have 2fa on the account you can sign in without it and they believe that the guy with a ip address on the opposite side of the world is the actual owner. Joke of a company

I got my account hacked.

I got my account hacked.

A few weeks ago I got my account hacked and the hacker changed my recovery email and main email. I showed Ubisoft so much evidence including my purchases from them on steam, me using the Ubisoft connect, AND ME PLAYING THE GAME RS6 SIEGE IN THE LEADERBOARD WITH MY USERNAME. yet, they keep asking for a CD key that doesn't exist for these newer games and THEY HAVE THE FRICKING AUDACITY TO GIVE ME WARNINGS BECAUSE I KEPT ASKING FOR HELP. be like steam.

My account was hacked

My account was hacked, and they changed the email and password. I asked for help from the support team, but all they said is that they couldn't prove I'm the owner and, for security reasons, wouldn't help me. They refused to tell me what I could provide to prove it, and I've given them everything I could think of. They seem to prioritise security so much that they often let customers' accounts get hacked.

Ubisoft Lets Hackers Win, Blames You, and Ignores Every Platform You Complain On

Ubisoft’s idea of “support” is this: if your account gets hacked and the email is changed, you’re finished. Even if you show proof — Steam purchase receipt, Steam64 ID, original account info — they’ll still reply with the same robotic line:

“We are unable to verify ownership.”

They don’t investigate. They don’t escalate. They don’t even care.

After that, they’ll say: “If you want to take legal action, go ahead.” That’s the level of respect they show to paying customers. They know that in certain countries, like Malaysia or others outside the US/EU, players have no legal power — and they use that to ignore you completely.

You think you can complain on Reddit? Discord? YouTube? Ubisoft has already buried all those. They know players post their stories there, and they simply ignore all of them. Even on Trustpilot, you may not get a reply — but at least this review stays up where new players can see what they’re really dealing with.

Ubisoft is fully aware that people are losing their accounts. They’ve had hundreds of reports. Their response? “We can’t help. Too many people have this problem.”
That’s not support — that’s giving up.

Once your account is gone, they wash their hands and move on. So here’s your warning:
If your Ubisoft account ever gets hacked, you’re done. Even if you prove you’re the owner — they’ll still side with the hacker.

And no, they won’t do anything unless you’re from a country where legal pressure matters. Everyone else? Ignored and abandoned.
