Terrible company.
At first, everything was fine, but after a couple of months, problems started appearing that simply cannot be ignored.
I trade during the London session, and during this time, there is constantly some error that prevents me from opening trades.
People keep complaining about this issue in Discord,
but the support team only fixes it during NY business hours — when I’m no longer trading.
And even then, the error comes back a day later.
You’ll just end up wasting your money and time, and no one will compensate you for the damage.

i had very bad experience for 2018 until now 2025 for this company i found many disruptions for the begining, i start first with this company to achieve my dream in trading but this company unable to co operate with any real dreamer trader,
last time in march 2025 i start with new program with free activation fees it was a promo program for murch,
i found problem with the plateforme because they obligate to trad with one plateforme, but the problem is when i renew my account Number of renew invoice is 19061 after that,and i want to reset it after i breach it, i found my account delleted by the company and when i asked why they say you don't renew your account, when i send the proof they say it is a reset not a renew, and when i ask for first and last time to reactivate my account for pay the renew fees, they didn't reply me and i found so hard to explain my situation,
finaly i sent an e-mail to remove all my account and and i will start with an other company to start my new way because i found many disruptions with this company.

I just bught accounts 2 days prior to…
I bought accounts 2 days prior to this message and so far its a bad ride with them.
Pros:
Cheap accounts due to promo
CONS:
RULES ARE NOT CLEAR. I had to go thru hoops just to understand what their mll's and dll's are.
The trading platform is a very limited tradingview
chart.
You can not use their accounts in the REAL
tradingview.
Their library for indicator is very small.
They don't have tick charts.
Customer service is rude.
The website has issues where you cannot see your
stats right on the home dash. you have to click,
click, and click some more just to see how you did
for the day. As a trader I'd want to have those stats
readily available, IMO.
On their site they have ads for other programs but it
just leads back to their new zero program. (very
misleading)
Did I say it was limited?
Don't settle for this. There are many prop firm fishes out in the sea nowadays that are cheaper in accounts, and that can help you in your career.

I am new to trading and this is the first propfirm company I have used. The subscription prices are very reasonable and much better than others when I researched. I received the first payment last week without any problems. As a company, they are very understanding and accommodating. I broke a few rules, they warned me properly and paid the payment. I am very happy to find this company.

Uprofit used to be the best funding…
Uprofit used to be the best funding firm and has now became the worst ever! It’s disgusting!!!
Their TradingView integration freezes all the time and they don’t admit it. So I had a bunch of live zero account with them that they maliciously blew when I was on big profits. They’d freeze the platform and I had to logout and log back in again which would take a few minutes just to see green turned into red.
I filled a dispute and lost it and already hired an attorney and will be taking them to Court and suing them big time!
I’ve recorded videos of the platform you DUMB F.cks! You ain’t gettin away from this one.

Beware of UProfitZero – Withholding Payouts & Forcing NDAs
Traders, be very cautious when dealing with UProfitZero. After trading successfully and requesting a rightfully earned payout November 2024, my account was suddenly terminated with vague accusations, and my funds were withheld.
What makes this even more suspicious? On January 8th, they RESET and REINSTATED my account, allowing me to continue trading. If I had truly violated any rules, why would they let me keep trading? The reality is, they only looked for an excuse AFTER my payout request.
Instead of honoring my withdrawal, they:
❌ Demanded I sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before even discussing my payout – a major red flag.
❌ Claimed I broke rules but refused to provide proof.
❌ Offered only 20% of my balance or a forced transition to a different account type.
❌ Ignored my requests for a transparent resolution.
I have since escalated my case to financial regulators (CFTC, Delaware Attorney General) and payment processors. No trader should have to fight this hard for an earned payout.
If UProfitZero resolves my payout fairly, I will update this review. Until then, I cannot recommend this firm to any serious trader.
