Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 3,171 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people reported significant problems with delivery services, including lost or delayed packages, inaccurate delivery dates, and false delivery attempts even when customers were present. Reviewers also faced considerable frustration with customer service, finding it difficult to contact a real person, encountering unhelpful automated systems, and often receiving conflicting information from staff described as rude, unhelpful, or incompetent. worst courier service I have ever…

worst courier service I have ever experienced. The customer support is terrible, and they don’t seem to value their customers’ time at all. After handing over the parcel, there are often no tracking updates for 3–4 days. Even when the parcel moves to the next location, they keep delaying updates and the delivery process.
Based on my experience, I would never recommend using UPS. Never ever use UPS if you expect reliable service and timely updates. This has been one of the most frustrating shipping experiences I’ve had….
Zero service
Never go for this courier

Once again

Once again, the UPS driver left my package 600' from my house, leaning up against my mailbox post. I can't see the mailbox from my house. Someone could steal it in a heartbeat, and I would never know.
UPS drivers on my lane just don't care.

I have the same bad experience as other people who has lost their lost their parcels. After waiting for about a week, I didn't have any delivery notice from them. I checked my UPS courier app. I noticed my parcel was sent to the wrong address, and a lady whose name Christina signed the shipping slip and took my parcel. There is absolutely no such person at my place living with me. Then, I realized that my parcel sent to the wrong place by one of the ups stuff.
When I filed a claim though UPS COURIER app, the response was the parcel was successfully delivered and they removed the proof of the information that showed the person, Christina's signature, and just closed my claim without any explanation. This is the irresponsible attitude of this company. This company is nothing but stupidity.

I ordered a product on June 15th and I paid UPS $15 on a $50 package for them to deliver it on June 23rd. It is now July 6th and I still haven't gotten my package and now it has no delivery date. On the tracking site it says my package has been in my city for the last couple weeks. Horrible service. Isn't this supposed to be yall's whole thing, delivering packages? Get it together.

------
Lies and bluffs. The app says: “Delivery attempted. We couldn’t reach you. We’ll try again on the next working day.” A complete bluff – they haven’t even tried – nor has the driver attempted to get in touch. Advice: don’t shop at online stores that use this useless company.

Avoid UPS to Thailand is the advice I can give you. It is the worst delivery service!!!
Almost double the cost of the more reliable service of FedEx and double the time or more to deliver a document from USA to Thailand.
Lies andore lies is all you get from the so-called customer service, and no manager is ever available to take a call. The worst ever and to beore precise the parcel I am referring to is: 1Z2EF1166761687847

UPS has been an absolute nightmare to…

UPS has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Every package sent through UPS either gets delivered to my previous address or is returned to the sender, despite me repeatedly updating my address information through UPS My Choice. FedEx and USPS have absolutely no problem delivering to my home, so this is clearly a UPS issue.

The customer service experience has been even worse. Representatives have been rude, dismissive, and unable or unwilling to answer my questions. I have been transferred from department to department with no one taking ownership of the issue, only to end up right back where I started with no resolution. At times, I have been unable to get anyone to help me at all, and my phone number now appears to be blocked from calling UPS, making it nearly impossible to get assistance.

There is also no easy way to provide detailed delivery instructions or coordinates to ensure packages arrive at the correct location. I have spent countless hours trying to fix a problem that should have been resolved after the first report.

A shipping company should be able to deliver to a valid address and provide competent customer service when problems arise. Instead, UPS has made receiving packages unnecessarily stressful and nearly impossible. I have completely lost confidence in UPS and will avoid using them whenever possible. If you have another shipping option, I strongly recommend choosing FedEx or USPS instead.

UPS = Utterly Pathetic Service

Parcel was due 4 July. No updates despite registering for notification of delays. Now showing delivery 6 July. Waited in for hours.
No concept of customer service. Should not be in business.
Update 6 July. Still nothing and no updates. Deplorable 😡😡😡🤡🤡🤡
Update 7 July still nothing. Rang the supplier of the item, and I had to push really hard to get them to do anything - surely it’s their responsibility to ensure you receive what you paid for 🤷‍♀️ or am I being naive?????
Outcome was either to wait in all day for the third time OR have it delivered to a UPS holding point. Opted for the latter. Let’s see what these unprofessional 🤡🤡🤡🤡 manage.
And I thought Evri were the worst - it’s a draw!!!!!

UPS is an absolute joke

UPS is an absolute joke. The driver gave one barely audible knock, and by the time I got to the door—just seconds later—they looked me straight in the eye, turned around, and sped off without even attempting to complete the delivery. If you're not willing to wait more than a few seconds, why bother knocking at all?

Then, to top it off, I had to pay $7.99 to pick up my own package at a CVS 5 miles away because the driver couldn't do their job. Charging customers extra to fix your own failed delivery is ridiculous.

This was one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had. Terrible service, careless drivers, and zero respect for customers' time. UPS should be embarrassed.

Amazon Delivery Stinks Today for about a year now

It is not just abour this time or one shipment. Amazon has shifted away from usps and gone more with UPS and thier own delivery service. USPS was fantastic, UPS and all Amazon delivery operations STINK. Next day delivery become 8pm or next day, or two days. Amazon through thier own choices are forcing me to EBay, Walmart. Menards and Farm and Fleet

This is insanity

This is insanity. What is insanity? That companies utilize this relentless delivery s*it show on behalf of their customer base. I suspect this has to do with several factors. But one strong possibility is that UPS is a union stronghold. They are the largest of the Teamsters unions. I am not against unions, but I have seen this garbage attitude UPS workers deliver from employees in other unionized operations like Amtrack, several nurse unions, and UPS. I don't see this antagonism in electrical or plumbing unionized workers. A driver refused to deliver the package to my legal spouse (who stayed home from work specifically to accept this delivery (a medical device I need to hear), saying I alone had to sign for it. He then backed down and said, "Well, I need the tracking number." Within 2 minutes, I texted the tracking number to my spouse who presented it to him, at which the driver said, "Well. I'm outta here." Of course, within minutes, UPS customer support acknowledged there was "no special signature required." Within 40 minutes I received an email from UPS saying the package delivery was rescheduled and "required A signature" and was "not eligible for a "Point of Access" delivery" (i.e., another address or a UPS store). Of course, two days later I got an email saying the package had been delivered to my address (and it stated my correct address as the delivery location. I called to report it was not delivered to my address. The UPS representative said, "Yes, it was left at the front desk and 'Ron' signed for it." I told them my building has no front desk, only a front door and no one in the building is named "Ron." Shortly after, I recieved another call from UPS stating it was left at a UPS store a few blocks from my house. WHAT? Two UPS delivery policies violated by UPS drivers. No apology from the shipper or UPS. O.k. Good luck UPS. You're a winning team.

UPS is a terrible delivery company

UPS is a terrible delivery company. I received an email that my package had been delivered. The package was nowhere to be found. Eventually I found that my package was at a UPS store on the other side of town. The notice claimed they couldn't deliver the package. My wife and I were home all day and no attempt was made at delivery.
