Well, I don't want to say too much, because I woiuldn't want Eric at Upsell to need to be as helpful to everyone as he has been to me over the years.
I'll just say this: He stands behind his product. He has made sure we are up an running, and selling efficiently and effectively at all times.

The Upsell Plugin is my favorite plugin to use, not only my website but also my client's sites. It saves so much time and money vs the alternatives. Also, the customer support provided by Eric is top-notch!

What a great guy to work with. I bought the upsell plugin but it didn’t work for me on this occasion. Eric was extremely helpful and very quick responding. Sadly it wasn’t quite working on my website so I had to ask for a refund. That was an extremely quick refund not all people respond that quickly.

I'm so glad I found Upsell Plugin! I decided to move my sales funnels back to Wordpress after previous funnel solution was becoming unreliable and had very limited customer support, and I couldn't be happier with this decision. There's a bit of a learning curve (as to be expected with Wordpress, and with new funnel software) but Eric has absolutely gone above and beyond to provide tech support and solutions. In 4 years of owning a Wordpress website and using a LOT of plugins, I have never experienced this level of customer support from any plugin I've tried. This plugin does everything that my previous solution did and more. Can't recommend this enough!

I help female entrepreneurs build and grow their online businesses online, so naturally I was looking for a plugin that will allow them to use bumps and upsells easily, to help them build powerful funnels on their WordPress websites without having to depend on expensive third party solutions such as ClickFunnels, Kajabi etc. I also needed the plugin to work with MemberPress.

Not only does UpsellPlugin do all of this beautifully, but I have also had the pleasure of working with Eric in the last year as he continuously supports my community, implements suggested upgrades and answers my questions or my clients' questions.

I’m quite new to all of this, so was happy to have found something simple to use with outstanding support. I’ve had a successful launch and about to start my second and this plugin has been a huge part of that! I only had one issue, which was resolved with top level support. Highly recommend

We use Upsell to create checkouts with simple order bumps in order to cross sell our courses.
It's a great plugin - obviously there is a learning curve but Eric's support is really excellent.
The good news is that we're averaging 30-60% more spend per sale now after kicking off the order bumps.
Last benefit is that the plugin is far less 'thirsty' compared to the likes of cartflows etc.

I was very excited about the plugin and thought it had been the answer I was seeking. After purchase, the validation code would not work. Days away from launch, I reached out to support. Eric was on top of it and very responsive. He even went to my site to try to help me to resolve it. There was no resolution. He said my host was somehow blocking the plugin from verification. He said he would give a version of the plugin that didn't require verification and then I literally never heard from him again. After a couple of follow-up emails, I requested a refund. Today, I was about to file a dispute and noticed a refund pending. But I never got any confirmation of a response or an explanation of what happened. I have far missed my launch date and have to start over again looking for another solution.

Attention - suspected fraud

I purchased the plugin on 22/02.
Unfortunately, the plugin is not functional to my needs, and I therefore asked for a refund after a few days, as foreseen by their policies.

Following the instructions on their site (contact form) I requested them a refund on 26/02, but did not receive any feedback.
Again, I contacted them on 01/03, no feedback.

I will report the payment to my bank as fraud.

Amongst the plugins for sales funnels, this one is tops. It has many advanced features, from bumps to alts.

The quality of support is second to none.

The team is great, they even offer a service to install and set up the first funnel for you. (which I also purchased and am well satisfied with)

I highly recommend it!

I'm always a little hesitant when purchasing a new plugin for my sites, especially when I've never heard of them before, but the Upsell Plugin is brilliant, I love what it can do and the guy behind it, well what can I say, his support is second to none. I think Eric works almost 24/7 lol!

Upsell plugin is a gem! Integrates well with Learndash and saves you so much time and energy in using multiple plugins. A stand-alone plugin that doesn't require woo. Not only has the upsell plugin solved a problem I had with LearnDash, the technical support was phenomenal. I would have had much less stress had I tried the plugin sooner.

I was able to create a custom checkout process with the direct help of Eric at upsellplugin.com. He provided top-level tech support as I am still learning LearnDash.

The plugin is easy to use and configure. However, help is not far away if you need it. Upsell plugin ,ages it easy to increase sales by offering more products (upsell and downsell) during checkout.

I highly recommend upsellplugin.
