Wow, what a great company this is.
I had been having difficulty finding the right seals for my old windows. I saw the ad on Instagram and gave this company a call. I forwarded some photos, and within the hour, they had found the replacement seals and handles that I needed to give my windows some TLC. Excellent service, thank you.

This is a go to place for advice and support. I had a problem with a broken lock on our conservatory. They helped me identify the correct part, provided quick response support by email (Thank you Michelle, Allen), and shipped the part within 24 hours - I received it the very next day - In a nutshell and excellent service which I cannot recommend highly enough.

I recently purchased a gasket for a wooden front door from UPVC Spares 4 Repairs. The order and dispatch confirmation emails were prompt and informative, and the gasket arrived on time in well-protected packaging. Unfortunately, it turned out the gasket didn’t fit my door.
To my surprise—and genuine appreciation—there was a thoughtful note included in the package, along with business cards to share. The note read:
“If this gasket doesn't fit and you are sending it back to us, please feel free to include a sample of your gasket for us to check if we can find you the correct one. Please include your name, address, and contact number.”
This level of proactive support is rare and speaks volumes about their customer-first approach.
I followed the simple and efficient online return process, included my original purchase and a sample of the gasket I needed, and sent it back. Shortly after they received my return, I got two emails—one confirming my refund and another letting me know their technical team was analysing my sample and would be in touch.
True to their word, a team member called me to follow up and, although they didn’t stock the exact gasket I needed, they took the time to find a supplier who did and pointed me in the right direction.

Contacted customer services to advise my parcel wasn’t delivered and the response from “Chloe” was horrendous.

Ordered a replacement handle for bifold late Thursday, and parcel was delivered Saturday. Unfortunately the incorrect item was sent (received a gearbox instead). I emailed when realised, the response from UPVC S4R was quick, polite & received the current item the following day, with postage refunded. Good communication and would use again.

Awful. Ordered a spare window locking mechanism with their “express delivery” At a high cost, only to find out they will take nearly 4 days to deliver it, leaving my house without security. When I contacted them to complain about this the only response they had was “sorry to hear this”. I would avoid them totally. Ripoff.

Can't fault the level of service. Reached out after the wind caught our patio door as we wanted to try fix instead of buy new. Sent a photo of the damaged part - they came back with a recommendation, as its hard to tell with images. Purchased the recommended part - arrived and fitted - bang on! Will use again as first point of contact in the future.

Fantastic service

My door UPVC door suddenly stopped locking yesterday. Having never done this before, I checked everything I could think of: cylinder, alignment, multipoint locking mechanism and came to the conclusion it was the gearbox. Ordered a new one yesterday (at 14:15) and it arrived today. I fixed my issue and the door now locks perfectly. Excellent turnaround and product was well described so did not have any issues buying the right one.

I bought a replacement french door centre mechanism after watching a very helpful video explaining the mechanism and how to fit it. I found the correct one on the website, ordered it for a very reasonable price and it arrived by royal mail a few days later. It fits perfectly and my door now works again. My only niggle is that I'd gone to the website to leave feedback there, but couldn't find anywhere.

I contacted Spares for Repairs for some double glazed window seals for a bifold door, they kindly sent me some samples to try, I ordered what I thought to be the nearest to what I needed, turns out I was wrong, I returned it & was promptly refunded my money. I requested more advice & settled on another one, this was promptly sent & worked a treat.
Mine was a very small order but I was helped in a very professional manner, I will most defiantly use this company again in the future.

Barrel lock impossible to turn in the supplied gearbox. After some discussion, provided with an RMA and a hyperlink for a "genuine gearbox", not a copy (I had no idea), which I purchased. This replacement gearbox was identical and had the same fault. Further discussion revealed I had been sent the wrong hyperlink. Sloppy and not acceptable selling items that are not fit for purpose.
On the plus side they were very responsive on email.
