I purchased a X-PLORE. It was shipped promptly and arrived in a strudy box and in good condition. My scooter was easily put together and the instructions were very easy to follow. Very cooperative and highly recommended thanks Urbandrift.

"Delivery speed was slow...about 9…
Delivery speed was slow...about 9 days. Especially slow considered it was between two major cities/ hubs. The box was damaged. Had opened and was taped shut. The item was not damaged but pieces could have fallen out. I am happy with the X20 bike.

So far
So far, so good.FIGOO S2 Bike arrived promptly. We have taken them out a few times and really enjoy the ride. Urbandrift reduced the sales price right after we oruchased and I worked with customer service to reach a solution. I had a dedicated rep that responded courteously and promptly. There were a few exchanges but all was resolved within 30 hours of my first email to them. Thank you!

When ordering my scooter, I made a mistake typing my address and the scooter was never delivered. Urbandrift quickly sent me a new one no questions asked!
I've been using G63 3-in-1 for many months and it's served my short commute needs very well.
I highly recommend!
