Supply Large bags for ur customers please. (Westfield S.C.) I spent nearly £400 and all they gave us was two tiny bags…. I was very lucky that I had other shopping bags from my previous shopping…. The staff did apologise but I also explained to them that it’s only the beginning of the morning. So really there was no excuses to restock your counters at the end of the day to be ready for the following day to serve with a smile NOT to have a worried look to see how the customers would react to a TINY BAG…

I love all of the clothing but....
I love all of the clothing! I just think a lot of them are a little too overpriced wich makes me not buy them often. I also think that in utrecht you could make more fitting rooms, theres always a big line. For the rest, go on!

Not able to sell gift cards...
I bought 2 gift cards on the website and got a confirmation email. Received the next day an email saying my order was cancelled giving no reason for it...
I went to the Paris store last week to buy the giftcards as the event was approaching, they had a software problem and could not sell them!
Goodbye Urban Outfitter, I am spending my money eleswhere!

No health & safety follow up after injury
Following an injury, which occured on the premises of the Southampton branch, a letter sent to the HQ, London asking for action to be taken has been ignored completely. No response whatsoever.

I always like shopping at Urban Outfitters in Amsterdam. They have nice jeans and usually some cool finds.
It can get pricey, especially if you're a student, which is why I really appreciate the 10% student discount.
This time the cashier forgot to remove one of the security tags, which was lowkey embarrassing. But I went back and they took it off with no problem—mistakes happen.
They do have pretty friendly cashiers which I appreciate. And staff working upstairs by the changing rooms are always nice too.
One thing I want to add: I remember one cashier there who was really cool. We talked for a bit, which was a nice change. I forgot her name and unfortunately haven't seen her there since.
