Jo Gordon was fantastic from the start to finish, provided me with all the information I required, very grateful for taking care of me and Kit, good to know she is there 24 hours at the end of the phone. I couldn't be happier with Urban Paw Prints, always there to help, you know that your dog is in really good hands every time your hairy friend she them. Professional service that I would recommend without any hesitation.

Brian and Bryce have been caring for our 7 month old miniature dachshund Loki full time for 4 months now and he absolutely loves it! We were very lucky that they were willing to take him on when he was only 12 weeks old and still very much being a mischievous puppy! Loki loves his days at Urban Paw Prints playing with his dog friends and we always come home to a very happy dog. He is very excited to see both Brian and Bryce so we know he loves them both and they love him! Brian and Bryce send us daily videos and photos so we can see what Loki has been up to during his day. Loki has also spent several nights boarding with Brian and Bryce and we are confident he is getting the best of care, we don’t know what we would do without them!

They are the best dog walkers that you can possibly ask for. I left my two puppies for boarding I was so worried as I treat them like my kids never left them before and my neighbour has attempted to walk them and they run home she didn’t like being away from me until Brian and Bryce had them they didn’t even wanna come home after the 5 days they spent with them. Everytime bonnie and millie spot them in the park it’s just excitement and always wanting hugs and attention of them. They done a fantastic job they give you updates to let you no how your dog is getting on.
They are so responsible everytime I see them in the park with the dogs you can tell the dogs love and respect them, they have great fun running after balls, playing with each other it’s like one big playtime everytime I see them. And the dogs are always happy and very tired after their walks
Brian and Bryce go the extra mile to make sure your dog is happy and comfortable and get to no them which made me feel really confident their in good hands and I was so right.
I can’t praise them enough for what they done for my dogs thank you so much and I defiantly be using you again :)

We've been sending our Shih-Poo, Bobby, to them twice a week since he was 12 weeks old (he's 14 months now) and he loves it. He is always in a great mood after day-care (if not a tired and hungry from all the running around and having fun) and he's always so excited when he's collected in the morning.

We get daily photo and video updates which is lovely as well as lots of feedback on how Bobby is behaving and interacting with other dogs.

Last but not least, the day-care service is really well priced, given that Bobby is collected from our house in the morning and dropped home in the evening, so all we have to is leave out his harness and food then go to work, safe in the knowledge he is safe with people that care for him and having all the fun running around the park.

I have no hesitation in recommending Urban Paw Prints. My Pug couldn't be happier!
