I’ve been with urban splash just over 5 years and honestly I’ve had no problems what so ever. They have Always been rapid with responses and maintenances/repairs.

The staff are patient kind and considerate in any circumstance and I would personally like to give a great big thank you Aliceson Hurst! she’s been amazing throughout!

And secondly I’d like to Thank Dominic Mcrory for making my move out experience stress free. While working around me it took a load off me which I’m ever so grateful for.

Again I can’t thank your staff and their hospitality enough and I hope they get the praise they deserve. Sad to leave but left peacefully and happy x

I’ve been a tenant of urban splash for multiple years at beehive loft in Ancoats, Manchester. While I’ve made many friends in the building as well as the building manager Carl who’s always gone above and beyond to help, I can’t say the same for the whole company. Trying to resolve anything and get an email response from head office takes several emails and 3/4 weeks at a time to get absolutely nowhere to repeat the whole process again. After months of trying to resolve an issue they make you an offer that they then retract as they’ve changed their minds. I recommend take careful consideration when choosing urban splash as a landlord as they’re happy to sign you up but once you’re in your lease, communication becomes extremely difficult and you become a number.

We've just moved in to urban splash, the whole process has been seamless and the team there are great

As a company, we have only just recently made the move across to the Boatshed/Urban Splash after already being on the same site as the Boatshed but in a different building and what a difference! A much more friendly host and facility and so happy we made the move, only just wished we had done it sooner.

For the past six months, my company has been renting office space at The Vanilla Factory in Liverpool. This space is characterized by its unique charm and excellent facilities. The building is consistently well-maintained and clean.

Janice, the building manager, has been very welcoming and, together with her maintenance team, has promptly and professionally addressed any issues we've encountered.

The building's city center location, just off Concert Square and a short distance from Bold Street, adds to its appeal. It's an ideal choice for any business looking for a well-managed and conveniently located workspace in Liverpool

Dom was super helpful and made the process of moving in super helpful. I was moving from a different city and it was so convenient how I was guided through the process.

It was a complete delight working with the entire team from the beginning of the process until the lease agreement was finalised and the keys were handed over!

I would recommend Urban Splash to someone who wishes to rent, 9/10 times they dealt with all my queries during my 2 years tenancy in a timely and manner.
