URGENT WARNING: Do Not Trust Urban Visa - ₹97,000 Lost, Zero Service Delivered (Fraud Alert)

Outcome: Service never delivered, company became unresponsive.
​I am writing this review as a severe warning to anyone considering using Urban Visa (or Urban Visas LLP) for their immigration or visa needs. This company is, in my experience, an absolute fraud.
​I paid a substantial amount of ₹97,000 as a consultation/processing fee for a State the service again, UK Work Permit application in Nov 2024. I was promised [State the specific promise made, e.g., "fast-track processing," "guaranteed interview within 3 months," or "full document preparation"].
​My Experience and Timeline:
​Initial Contact & Payment (The Setup): The company was highly responsive and professional until the moment the full payment of ₹97,000 was processed. They provided [mention what they gave you, e.g., a "starter kit" or "a list of documents"] and confirmed the process was starting.
​The Wait & Lack of Progress: After payment, all meaningful communication ceased. For the past [State duration, e.g., 5 months], I have received absolutely nothing in terms of actual service or application progress. [Mention any vague updates they gave, e.g., "They kept telling me the documents were under 'internal review.'"].
​Unresponsiveness (The Ghosting): When I started demanding updates or proof of the application being filed, the staff members who were so keen to take my money became completely unreachable. They ignore [mention communication methods, e.g., phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails]. I have tried to contact [mention number of times, e.g., over 20 times] without success.
​The Result: I have lost the entire sum of ₹93,000. No visa application was filed, no documents were submitted, and the service I paid for was never rendered. They essentially took my money and vanished.
​Conclusion & Warning:
​This is a clear case of financial fraud and a severe breach of trust. I strongly advise everyone to A VOID this company completely. Do not be misled by their initial professionalism. You will lose your money and waste precious time.
​I have filed a formal complaint with the relevant authorities (see below). Save your money and your peace of mind—find a genuinely registered and reputable consultant.

I had a very bad experience with Urban Visa. They promised visa and job assistance but after taking money, they did not provide any proper service or genuine updates. Their communication is misleading, and they avoid responsibility once payment is made.

This company is running a visa scam and cheating people with false commitments. Please be careful and avoid dealing with them. Always verify agents through official government or embassy websites before trusting such companies.

And they will arrange fake 5 interviews. 5 interviews taken same HR. 5 interview rounds charges 90,000 5 fake interviews taken they make 5 negative results and your 90,000 charges finished. Please refund my amount anuj dheswal owner.

I am writing my experience on their service

Note: This is my experience and to say about my profile, am an IIM graduate.

"Update as of 4th of March: They say i need to submit updated IELTS score. This is where things gets crazy because my score is 7.5 and overall crs score is 463. Provided if they arrange a valid job, i would have got 50 points and would have entered Canada but they dont have the ability it seems. Thing is even if i get 10/10 my CRS will improve only by 10 points which still doesn't make sense. So Through this you would have understood the kind of ability in their service. Most importantly their service has really took away my mental peace. Kunal Sharma the branch head threatened to ruin my career and used 'f' words during the conversation. With his consent i have recorded all the calls. Mr Vishal is one of their case manager and it seems he has the very good potential to take a role of Branch Manager as he is polite in handling things. Absolutely zero professionalism in handling customers and they behave like we are some servants for them"

My Initial Experience:
First they do a warm invite and explain you about their service “in detail”. Then you will be asked to pay either lump sum or in parts to avail their service and every detail will be included in their agreement.

Some important things
1. If you dont pay the service money in time you will be fined as per the agreement. But will they notify incase if you missed it?? Absolutely no..

2. The agreement says that a consultant will be assigned to you to assist “but not to remind you for upcoming deadlines”

3. There wont be any intimidation from the consultant to you unless you ask them specifically. In my case, my consultant didn’t even answer for 2-3 months.

4. The agreement is valid only for one year and the consultant wont even remind you about this until you have specifically asked. If you ask me whether it is wrong? Nope because they are following as per whats there in the agreement but its very bad for a client because a proactive intimidation from consultant can avoid such things.

So to say about their service, if you are someone who is busy and requires up to date intimidation or a good response for the PR process, never go for Urban visas as it wont suit you. Instead i recommend to try good reputed services where the customer service is far better.

***Mostly importantly you wont get any refund because it is stated in the agreement as well. So be aware***

I had a very bad experience with urban visas. after seeing lot of post via LinkedIn I registered with urban visas paying 70,000+25,000 (backup Documentation) on July 2022 they had committed me they will provide 7-10 interviews with the companies. they have arranged only 3 interviews in beginning and there is no updates for past 3 months and when I didn't clear interview they humiliated me when i asked some queries and didn't arrange any interviews, since there was no updates further ,when I called them after 3 months they said simply that their new case manager tried to contact me and they try to convince you negatively. this is really very bad.

when I claim for refund they are telling that my documentation is still pending. I have asked many times about the regarding my documents that time they will not reply mails and they will not attend calls, , they did not fulfil any requirements that they were suppose to. They just waste your time and at the end they will fool you.

When i argued many times for refund they came up with new idea that they will convert my work permit to PR they are just playing with peoples money and wasting your time

Now again I am asking for refund of the money and they are not replying to emails accurately , it's biggest fraud and scam agency that they are doing in Canada work permits. Any ways I am proceeding to take legal action against them.

This is biggest scam company, kindly don't invest money in this organization for Canada work permits.

I and my husband start back our Canada PR process during the Covid 19 pandemic but due to lockdown in-country colleges were close so we were not able to submit our college transcripts on time as per the agreement between us they can close our case but we request their Mgmt. to give us more time to submit the documents and do not close our case.

They gave us assurance company will not close your case due to the transcripts.

After 5 months we submitted the documents after that they applied for ECA we got our positive report in a month, then they filed our case in the express entry.

On the basis of express entry, we have applied for PNP's after one year we got an invitation from British Columbia finally we got our dreams to come true.

In the month of July finally we are flying to Canada on PR.

I recently got a PR visa in Canada and Mrs. Jyoti Keshi from Urban Visas LLP helped me a lot during this journey. She assisted at every single step with professionalism. Thanks for such a great experience.

In March 2021, I visited Delhi and meet Urban visas in the Uttam Nagar office and meet Ms. Sonia branch manager she guided me on how can I locate in Australia, they started my process and arranged 9 interviews for the accounts manager profile but I face a lot of issues to clear the interview then they provided me mock interviews which helped me a lot to clear the interviews.
