If 0 was an option I’d rate this company 0 stars. I ordered 3 pet portrait “embroidered” Christmas ornaments. They costs over $70 USD. The ornaments that I received are NOT embroidered. It’s the equivalent of a sticker or iron on on top of the material. I’ve emailed with them several times and they are not willing to refund my money unless I spend more money to send the items back to them. It’s awful that companies like this get away with false advertising…..I’ve reported the issue to Shopify in hopes that they can help.
