Loved my jacket. Perfect for Halloween!

The jacket I ordered came very quickly, unfortunately it was the wrong color however, after contacting them via email they were very helpful, kind, and resolved my issue amazingly fast! I would recommend them to anyone searching for a jacket or high quality material, certain to last a long time!

Loved my jacket when I got it. It was too small and I was able to exchange it with no problems.

Deserves zero stars. Seems to be a scam company. Guaranteed delivery before Halloween. One week later they haven’t even shipped it and now say it won’t arrive for Halloween. Why bother guaranteeing it? Offered me a discount on a future order to make up for it. Seriously? Why would I ever order again from a company that can’t seem to ship anything in the first place. The proper response is to overnight the order to me and keep your guarantee. Can’t speak to the quality of their products because they don’t actually ship them.

The color was not at all what was shown in the pictures. (It was a dark orange-brown instead of tan brown). The collar was supposed to be a different color. The jacket is not accurate at all. The jacket was supposed to be made from real leather, and quite frankly, it's really crappy quality and most likely not real leather at all. the size is way too small (for a large). And overall, the jacket looks like its about to fall apart, with stitches coming undone everywhere and the buttons looking loose. I'd like an explanation for why it looks this way and why this isn't fine quality leather as promised when ordering.

I bought a jacket and when I received it there was a small flaw but they gladly made it right with me. Great customer service! I will order again and recommend then to family and friends!

I ordered a jacket for a costume party - the jacket arrived in a timely manner, and the quality was WAY better than I expected! Jacket is perfect - and nice enough that I could actually wear it as a jacket and not just as part of the costume. Customer service was quick to respond by email when I had a shipping question. I would definitely order from this company again.

Bought a jacket online advertised as free shipping worldwide then got an email asking for a further $75 to post. Picked these guys because of the free shipping then that! False advertising and very disappointed that this happened. Have requested a refund. Buy at your risk. Hopefully will get my money back

Great customer service. Ordered a patch jacket for an event and it was a little smaller than expected when it arrived. I emailed and got a quick response and solution. Able to get another one for my event as well. Not common that you hear back at all and was very impressed by the understanding and fast solution. It made it a smooth process.

After I saw the Umbrella Academy I knew I found the one character who truly understood my Fashion style. Thank goodness Robert Sheehan is so androgenous becuase it makes his look incredibly inspirational. I knew that no matter what, I had to have THIS jacket. no regrets here because I don't think it's possible to be happier right now, Honestly, I got exactly what I wanted out of this jacket. It's beautiful and it smells AMAZING (That might just be because I have a thing for leather but who cares) I'm planning to wear this to a benefit tonight and I'm so excited to see what people think. I was inspecting the stitching and structure of this piece and I'm astonished at the quality in this jacket, it feels so sturdy and welcoming and it fits me perfectly. I did have to size up because despite being a lady I'm built like a linebacker. my broad shoulders make it super hard to find things that fit the right way but after some discussion (That was very prompt and helpful, Honestly it was always less than a day between responses and I'd put money on that only being because of time differences) I settled on the right fit and am supremely satisfied.

Ordered The Boys Billy Butcher coat. Order was delivered withing week, though unfortunately the coat was slightly tighter in underarm area then expected.. Wrote about this to the store hoping to be able to at least exchange for larger size. reply from customer service came following day, offering either partial refund, or lower price on second item, BOTH offers with me keeping the original item.

Great personal experience, probably gonna buy something more from here.

I was searching for the Carol Danvers Bomber Jacket for my Halloween costume. After shopMarvel canceled my order due to delivery difficulties, I found the perfect one on USA Jacket. I was unsure about the sizing as I usually wear size small. I used the contact form and asked them which size they would recommend me, sending them my measurements. Turns out I needed size large - I would absolutely recommend checking the size chart and not buying the usual size you wear! However, I had some more questions and Lisa from from the customer service always answered very quickly and was really friendly! I ordered my jacket 10 days ago and it already arrived safely. Seldom have I experienced such a fast shipping from shops outside of Europe. The quality of the jacket is amazing, it fits perfectly and it really does look like Carol's jacket! Unfortunately, when it arrived, the USA patch was missing. I contacted Lisa and she was incredible! I got a generously partial refund, a discount on my next order and I can keep the jacket. All in all, my experience with USA Jacket was a pleasure and I'm glad that shopMarvel canceled my order. I will definitely buy from them again!

Very nice jacket. Fit was perfect. Item did appear a little different than the photos. I bought this up to the store and they apologized immediately and were more than happy to give me a couple of options on how to make this right. Hope to do business with again. Love the jacket!
