Thanks so much for your feedback. Once again we do apologise for delivering your USB sticks 6 days later than first agreed. Delivering later than agreed is a very rare occurrence for us and I'm just sorry it happened on your order. We did organise a same day delivery as soon as the order came into our warehouse but we understand this doesn't make a late delivery acceptable.

Hopefully, you'll trust us with your future orders and we will be able to show you that our service is usually extremely efficient.

Great supplier for USBs

Their service and flexibility are excellent. Despite changing our order quite a bit it did not phase them Plus the order arrived two weeks early.

Excellent

Excellent. Very good support. Straight forward from start to finish. Excellent quality USB's that will be used in our delivery as a charity, to advertise and support our project helping older people in the community to use computers and technology.

Good product

Good product, arrived with free lanyards and individually packaged. Friendly account manager, although turnaround seemed quite slow and I had to chase for a visual proof. But delivered on scheduled date.

A very professional company

A very professional company, I have no problem recommending them, straightforward, upfront no scams and no quibble guarantees.
Unfortunately they were baldly let down by the delivery company they used as they could not do a promised delivery before lunch time on a Wednesday, then wanted me to collect the parcel from a collection point 2.5 miles away on the Friday, saying they could not access my address, so I told then to return the parcel to the sender however they managed to access my address on the Saturday morning and deliver the parcel ? Just a lazy late driver I suspect.
Just be sure to ask them not to use this delivery company, UPS, check their Trustpilot reviews Then you will see why.... just Google TrustpilotUPS. 93% BAD 4% Good, enough said !!!!

USB Flash Drive deserve better service than this from their delivery agents.
