DO NOT BOOK

I chartered a bus for my family and friends, I used their option for upgraded amenities on my bus as well. I choose to add USB/outlets, Luggage storage, and alcohol consumption amenities. On the day of my charter, the bus arrived 1 hour late, no assistance with luggage, and NO USB outlets, which I needed since one of my guest uses a oxygen machine and I told the company before my schedule charter. The bus was not cleaned, the driver was not English speaking which made for a rough day. He was not good with navigating through DC so we got stuck in a lot of traffic making us having to shorten time at all stops. He then wanted to rush us at the last stop after being an hour late and having us be late to every stop. One of my guest left some tennis shoes on the bus he never responded to dispatch about the shoes and I have never heard from the company on whether they had been found. Truly disappointing. And then when I reported my issues to the company they never responded to anything. I also sent an email to Tommy Kiriakos my sales agent, he said he would check with customer service and provide something, still nothing. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Not the best service

Not the best service. The agent was very curt and inflexible. The driver was driving erratically, and was even on his phone. Will probably not use this company again.

5/5 experience

Great experience with US Coachways! Driver was on time, professional, incredibly communicative and we had a great experience. I booked a bus to go up to Winter Park for our staff for about 40 people and it went very smooth. I've had issues with charter buses in the past but we had absolutely 0 issues. 5/5 stars!

Our drivers were early, kind, reliable, and professional. The busses exceeded our expectations for cleanliness and features. Would definitely use them again!

Good!

Our experience with USCoachways was positive and smooth. It can be stressful to book transportation for 55 people on 4 separate days, but over all it went great with a good driver that was on time and the Buses worked just fine.

Worst Customer Service I have ever had.

US Coachways
Our group used US Coachways for a student trip. To start the bus showed up over 4 hours late for a 12 hour trip. When the bus finally arrived, the interior was in bad shape and the escape hatch on the roof was wired shut. Less than 2 hours into our trip the bus driver informed us that he had to stop for gas and due to safety had to unload the bus at a different location across the street while he filled up. We were not given a reason as to why he showed up with less than a quarter tank despite being 4 hours late. The next day the bus was to take us to one of our events. On the return trip back to our hotel our students informed us that the bus bathroom was out of toilet paper. When asked, the driver expressed his frustration in needing to stop so students could use the restroom at a gas station due to the lack of toilet paper on the bus. When we called US Coachways with our concerns about safety and quality standards they advised us that they had no record of the issues with the bus and would not be able to swap out for a new one despite us sending photo proof. With the escape hatch being wired shut among other concerns, we did not feel it was safe or responsible to take this bus for the return trip home. We told US Coachways that if they could not provide a bus with functioning safety features we would need to cancel the return trip out of responsibility to our students' safety. US Coachways then said we were in breach of contract and would not refund the remaining money despite not being able to fulfill the full contract due to lack of functioning safety features and showing up 4 hours late for the initial pick up. It has been 8 months and with no warning or follow up US Coachways sent us to collections. Stay away if you value safety, comfort, timeliness, and basic customer service standards.

The Charter Bus never showed up

The Charter Bus never showed up, and company is currently refusing to process a refund. The charter was supposed to happen in November. It is February 12, and we still do not have a refund because they do not have the funds.

I don’t recommend for wedding related things

the experience for our charter bus was annoying. He calls me at 530 asking if we’re coming out and I let him know the pick up time is 615…. He basically said “okay I guess I’ll drive around until then”. 620pm rolls around and my bridal party said he is no where to be found. I call him and ask if he’s at the Loews and he goes “no.” So I said my bridal party is waiting, I said 615pm. he said he was around the corner. TWENTY minutes pass by and I get a text from family saying he is still not there. I call him and he declines my second call. My rehearsal dinner was a 0.7 mile drive for him. My people were all late by almost half an hour. Why am I paying you over a thousand dollars for service like this? At that point your drivers are wasting my time which is already stressful enough with a wedding and my mother in laws money of which she paid for at this restaurant.

"Epic Fail

"Epic Fail: A Comedy of Errors with US Coachways

⭐️ Rating: 1 out of 5 (and that's being generous)

Oh, where do I even begin with the disaster that was my experience with US Coachways? If this company were a movie, it would be a tragicomedy, but unfortunately, the only thing tragic about it was the waste of time and money.

Firstly, let's talk about punctuality, or should I say the lack thereof. We were promised a bus at a specific time, and what did we get? An hour of awkward small talk, checking our watches, and staring at the empty spot where the bus was supposed to be. I've had faster pizza deliveries during a thunderstorm.

Now, onto the creative storytelling skills of US Coachways. Apparently, the delay was due to the driver having a sudden bout of Covid. Bravo for using a global pandemic as an excuse for your own incompetence! However, little did we know, the real reason for the tardiness was a classic case of "the check's in the mail" situation. The bus was being held hostage until the charter company got a love letter in the form of payment from the broker. Who knew that the transportation industry was now operating on a cash-on-delivery basis?

As for the cherry on top of this horrendous sundae – the bathroom. I would like to formally apologize to my nostrils for the assault they endured. The stench emanating from that bathroom was a unique blend of regret, disappointment, and possibly the ghosts of previous passengers. It's like the tanks hadn't been pumped out since the invention of the wheel.

In summary, if you're in the market for a bus charter company that specializes in creative excuses, chronically tardy drivers, and olfactory punishment, look no further than US Coachways They've truly mastered the art of turning a simple journey into an unforgettable nightmare. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy – well, maybe my worst enemy.

Reliable and professional

The booking process was smooth, people were responsive. The driver came on time and was helpful and flexible all day long. The bus was very comfortable. I did make a note to myself to request a microphone in the bus for next time. Thank you!
