Doesn't work & won't cancel your subscription
Doesn't work and you can't manually cancel your subscription as their website for subscriptions is always down or shows an error. You're better off with any of the established AI.

It doesn't work as advertised.
It isn't gennerating code it just looks for viable ansers that could be correct but it mostly is incorrect or a other programing language entirely. And it spams you in paying for it services even tho it's a steaming pile of garbage don't pay for it and don't use it it could ruin your program intirely.

There doesn't seem to be a way of contacting these people. I only have access to the free version even though they charged me a few days ago. The chat says the waiting time is a few minutes, but there is no response. It also says that an email will be sent to me at my email address and nothing appears.

Robert is cool and take the time to explain the potential Blackbox has
I just have a Google Meeting with Robert the Cofounder of BLACKBOX few minutes ago.
The meeting was supposed to last only 15 minutes and he took on his time to extend the meeting to 40 minutes, and show me through the screen sharing, some of the cool new features Blackbox have. One of them is, the ability to take a video, on youtube, for example, to process it, and then choose to inside this, between the audio or the video.
The possibilities are endless for: transcriptions, webinar, virtual events ....
I use Blackbox mainly for javascript code, because it keep the formatting intact, without the need to change the way the code should appears visually. And also because I won't have to copy 100 to 500 lines of code by hand into Visual Studio Code.
You should seriously consider subscribe to one of the plan: they worth it.
