This Zoftar.com looks like it is selling pirate Microsoft software, ironic how they are in Penance. I never got anything from them except unanswered phone calls and a COPY of a standard windows 10 that you can get for free from Microsoft. I fell like a fool and I feel ripped off. Numus software is is Zoftar and they need to be investigated by Microsoft. they seem to have many websites and close them all the time, I suppose to avoid being taken down by Google or something?

I paid for software download over the net but the site timed me out before I could finish the download ! I contacted the help desk 4 times but no response , and I also got the 404 error and none of links to any of the sites can be accessed anymore ! yes indeed if your download goes smooth .... great ..... but If you have any issues then your FU>KED ! But I will post on every forum any site that I can to expose these RIP OFFS !!!!!!

Numus Software worked hard to help me fix my computer. It is second hand and i got it as a christmas present for my son and i am ok with computers but i find it hard. After a lot of help from them it turned on and windows was fine. So i am happy and my son hopefully will like his laptop. May be i should of got a new laptop than spend all the time getting this one working but it now looks like it was worth it., I would like to say thank to to the person on the customer services as they were very patient with me. If you want help with computing then numus software is the ones. sorry my English is not so good.

Nobody has commented here for over 600 days??seems strange. It is obvious that these guys have gone from strength to strength. Although the site i used was not user-guides.co.uk it was restore.solutions but these pages came up when i searched for Numus Software. No complaints at all and they had 187,000 Facebook likes and when i could not make my disk work they did all the support on private message almost instantly on Facebook! Just cant do enough to help. no wonder they have so many Facebook likes

Check out this Company's address on Google Street View before buying anything from them (77 High Street Penzance Cornwall) it speaks volumes about the kind of set up they are. Do they really trade from a run down bed sit in the back streets of Penzance? Their lack of professionalism and customer care smacks of a "student" get rich quick scheme. User-Guides.Co.Uk is a trading name for Numus Software Limited and my experience of Rowena Willis Richards was as pleasant as a kick in the pants.

1. They advertise the driver download is free, but you have to pay.
2. Once paid, the recovery CD cannot be downloaded directly but you have to mail your configuration.
3. You never get a reaction on your mail back.
4. Both phones numbers on the website are connected with fax machines, so you cannot call them.
5. You can leave technical support eamails but they do not reply.
6. No phone numbers nor email addresses are listed on the invoice.

Are they scammers? So far, I have the impression that they are cheating!

i bought there software it took close to 1 month to get it after numerous e-mails . they send as sign for mail which means you have to be there to sign when it arrives. the mail service royal mail you cannot get a hold of for life it's all computer run no real person to talk to. turns out they may have sent it to me but i got no feedback until after numerous e-mails someone their sent me that it had been returned. they finally got me the disk but without instruction on how to use it. back to e-mail again then they sent me some instructions but i'm still having problems getting my windows to load so far no response from them. they need to sell a how-to-video on how to use this software that you can follow on dvd that would help.

1) They advertised one thing and sold me another (Acer Travelmate 230 Laptop Service Manual requested Acer Laptop TM2300 received basically useless to me)
2) 3 Emails and a letter later no response (repair of my laptop was advised to them in the firstv email as urgent it is now 4 days and nothing.
3) They were advised of my intention to call Trading Standards Consumer Direct but this has also been ignored so I have done so.
4) Their TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE and seeming DEVIL MAY CARE ATTITUDE SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
5) FOR INFORMATION THE PARENT COMPANY IS NUMUS SOFTWARE LIMITED of HIGH ST PENZANCE.
