I was with another well known pricing platform for the past few years that I found not to be so dynamic when compared to Wheelhouse.

Using wheelhouse has been one of the best decisions we made when setting up our Airbnb. We came into the short term rental business without any experience and very little idea of how to properly price our rental. If we had not started using wheelhouse we would have left so much money on the table. It has made a huge difference in our bottom line and is extremely affordable to utilize. It's a no brainer. We are very very glad we found this resource.

Wheelhouse has been fantastic for helping me with pricing, and maximizing my STR profits. They follow the market to increase prices, on a daily basis. My favorite part is the dynamic minimum stay feature, where I can set my minimum for longer stays, then adjust to fill in as it gets closer to the date.

Using wheelhouse helped me nearly double my income in year one after I punted my property manager. It’s awesome, easy to use, and I appreciate all of the new extras they keep adding like market intelligence and comps. Managing my 3 Airbnb investments is a side hustle. I have a day job. Wheelhouse is the best pricing tool I’ve used and I’ve tried all of them. It has a user friendly interface, lots of great features and superb customer service whenever I have any questions.

The pricing recommendations are very accurate for our market. The integration is seamless and consistent. The pricing customization can be as detailed as you want or you can choose the recommendations, set it, and forget it.

It was easy to set up and get going. I was a little perturbed at how low my base price was set to be competitive (it was still higher than Airbnb's smart pricing). However, it was easy to override the base price and still take advantage of the other pricing models. Kudo's

I've tried a lot of different pricing softwares and I ended up committing to Wheelhouse and I have never regretted it. Definitely the most accurate pricing for my short term rentals. Customer service is always is always prompt, and courteous. If you have a short term rental, look no further!

Overall, I really like working with Wheelhouse. When we jumped into being short-term rental hosts I had no idea how to price, how to anticipate price surges during big events in Chicago, or during peak summer weeks. I just knew that the previous owner charged a higher price than we seemed to be able to get. Wheelhouse, which a friend referred me to, took all the guesswork out of pricing. Early on their support people were incredibly helpful and available. Now that everything is set up and all my questions answered, I can just pay their incredibly low fee and forget about it. We make a lot more money than we would if I was coming up with my own prices (I know because I turned off their service to see if I could make more money without them and I couldn't). A great part of using Wheelhouse is when someone asks how we came up with our pricing I can tell them that we use a service that creates dynamic market-based pricing and the conversation usually ends meaning we don't often get asked to offer a discount.

Their system is amazingly intelligent yet it wasn't difficult to learn. You have to spend some time with it so you understand their powerful tools but the ROI on your time for your Airbnb is without question.

Great and easy to use program for dynamic pricing, we are really happy with it, the best pricing tool on the market for sure. We tried another two dynamic pricing programs and they are far behind this one.

I'm very happy with Wheelhouse. Being fairly new in this business, it gives me the ability to be competitive in my market without having extensive experience. The tools are user friendly and easy to understand. It's extremely user friendly with Airbnb. However. I would love to see it cross over to other platforms like VRBO without requiring the use of management software. Overall, it is an asset to my business and well worth the investment.

Not as feature rich as some of their competitors, but the pricing is accurate to the market and they are constantly working on the suggestions from their users, which is refreshing in this industry.
