I have been using this service for 5+ years. Seamless operations. If I have needed additional service, the response has been immediate with results always completely satisfactory.

"“Good” is not GOOD enough to describe the service I received from your customer service! The service agent, Katrina, in my opinion went far and above what I was expecting. I had a rather unique situation and in reality did not expect to be able to resolve this by calling customer service. My past experience with other organizations customer service can be summed up in two words, very poor. Imagine my very pleasant surprise when Katrina REALLY did all she could to resolve my situation. Katrina actually scheduled a video call that would be at MY convenience. WOW, never had that happen before. Always have to adjust my schedule to whatever “customer service” dictates. All this to say that I was very pleased and impressed with the level of support that is offered by US Global Mail. I would heartily recommend your service to everyone or anyone that is in search of a virtual PO Box. Thank you very much. Really appreciated your support and assistance.

We used US Global Mail for 18 years while living abroad. It was great to see what was in our mailbox and have flexibility in how to manage shipments. Customer Service was excellent whenever needed. Fully recommended!

I have had great experiences with the Customer service staff at US Global Mail, since life is not perfect their communication on issues is great. US Global Mail has always been prompt executing requests for either scanning or shipments. Never had any problems, and their customer service AND responses are unmatched in a world of robotic answering machines!

As a full-time RV traveler, I appreciate the service US Global Mail provides. I can have packages sent there in addition to my regular mail. I can view my mail online and determine if it is important. They filter my junk mail too. The street address is quite helpful for my accounts that don't recognize PO Boxes.

I've been with them for over 14 years and they are by far the best service for handling mail. Their customer support efficiency is incredible as well. They have a customer for life here.

I retired and moved overseas almost a year ago, and set myself up the US Global Mail as part of the move. Setting everything up was quick and easy, with everything ready and available on my effective date.

The notification process for mail received is efficient and timely, as are the orders I need to put in sometimes (scanning, forwarding, etc.). Great service and value.

EDIT: dropped to one star because when confronted regarding reported thefts and improperly opened packages the management basically said "we're safe" without addressing the claims. It's suspicious, it's sketchy and they have no appetite to address it. So I do NOT recommend using them at all.

I don't do mail scanning. 99% of what I use these services for is package relay - I'm on the move and the place I'm at tends to mistreat packages. So I have packages routed here and then forwarded to where I happen to be.

1. Buried in their terms is a line that basically gives them FULL authority to open any packages, whether you say they can or not. The problem with this: there's a banking scam going around where people are getting access to things that should be impossible without access to bank statements or other sensitive mail, and the scammers are in Texas, where these people happen to be HQ'd. This isn't an accusation, it's a troubling point: I don't want ANY package or mail opened by them without my say-so. (And don't respond with "we reserve the right to..." - I don't care. The banking scam being in your backyard is too convenient for my peace of mind.)

2. The shipping prices are outrageous. USPS is having major issues out of Texas (not USGM's fault), but USGM refused to just contact the other carriers and negotiate some discounts at least until USPS gets their act together. We're talking over $300 in some cases.

3. You can't have multiple locations/addresses under a single account (Which would help mitigate the issue with the packages a bit by letting me have a closer address for pickup). The reason this one matters: for the most flexible handling options they require you do the Texas location vs. another, because the others are outsourced to office supply stores and you won't get the same quality of service (they even admitted this when talking to them).

The largest problem is the unfettered right to open your stuff whether you want them to do or not - which is a HUGE security concern. If you don't care about that, they're alright for the money. Just keep an eye on your bank because it's almost certain you're going to get breached at some point.

Always a fast friendly response to any question or special requests. No better mailbox for US expats.

The only problem is shipping cost is a bit high Al hough they said it was estimated

US Global Mail has been most efficient and, what I value more, their customer support has been exemplary. I have had a lot of problems with the post office forwarding my mail and everytime I have approached USGM for help on their end the response has been timely, friendly and helpful

I am very happy with both the product and service. In the few instances in which there have been questions or mishaps, USGM responded quickly and resolved positively.

Fantastic, personal service. Close attention when any problems arise. Nam-Anh was like having a personal assistant who really wants their service to be the best.
