While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Never served our documents so we asked for a refund. Terrible communication!
We unfortunately trusted this agency with process service on one of our cases. They failed to serve both the Petition and Summons (both of which were sent to them, together, several weeks in advance of the deadline), serving only the Petition; they failed to provide the required declaration of service for the Petition within the mandatory ten-day window from date of service, which is required for filing in Utah; and when we requested that they fix their mistakes in a timely manner so as not to prejudice our client, they failed to do so, despite agreeing to send a request for expedited service at no extra charge to our client. It has been two week since then and we have had zero communication or response from their team.
A simple service request has turned into a two-month debacle and now we have to file for enlargement of time to get this served properly--by someone else. I would highly recommend that anyone in legal services look elsewhere for process service.
I spoke with Todd to verify that the other party to my case would be served prior to the date needed. When the court date arrived, the judge postponed the hearing because no notice was given. I had to call 5 times to get a manager and was then told it was not their fault, and they gave me the runaround and hung up on me when I requested a refund since services were not rendered.
U.S. Litigation Support Services is a fraudulent operation. The company charged rates comparable to licensed private investigators while producing little to no results, and in my case no results at all. Despite providing zero meaningful services, the company claims it is entitled to keep all fees paid. That position is indefensible.
Further, the company is not licensed or registered to conduct business in my state, nor is it authorized to perform or subcontract investigative services here. Any representation that it could legally provide these services was false. Charging professional-level fees for services that were neither delivered nor legally permitted constitutes misrepresentation, deceptive trade practices, and consumer fraud. I paid for a service that was promised, required licensing, and lawful authority. None of those conditions were met.
We paid this company $468 for a Skip Trace and summons service. The information they provided anyone could receive by subscribing to Truth Finder or Been Verified for $25.
The charges were $275 for the skip trace and $175 to serve the summons. The balance was credit card charges. We requested a refund for the summons service because the information provided was insufficient. They led us to believe they had resources to find the address to serve the summons.
DO NOT US THIS SERVICE, IT IS OVERPRICED!
