Order placed DEC 5, no contact since confirmation 18 seconds after I hit, "Send"...no response to phone calls or emails...this site/company is a scam...

I will never buy another purchase from your store. Your return policy is unacceptable, I was not allowed to talk to the Customer Service Manager, Customers do not always have 30 days to return a Christmas present.

I lost my phone and these people help me recover it by allowing me to use their mobile Hotspot. I came in on multiple attempts and he never denied service to me. Thank you so much. My phone was unlocked and my info could've been compromised. Thank you!

Worst service ever. You order something and they give you an estimation of when it will be shipped and delivered. It’s been over a month now and I still haven’t been given any information on when it will be mailed. I was told 1-3 business days from the get go. They are so terrible. They couldn’t even tell anything other than that it is still in the warehouse.

I have made several successful uniform purchases from this company in the past so i turned to them again when I needed new uniforms. I ordered OCPs and a pair of UNDER ARMOUR WOMEN'S UA MICRO G® VALSETZ LEATHER TACTICAL BOOTS on August 1st. I got my OCPs within a couple days. You know what I don't have? My boots! I've emailed customer service multiple times with no response. I've called but can't get a person on the phone. WHERE ARE MY BOOTS THAT I PAID $130 FOR? I will never buy from here again. I will warn everyone that I work with this company is a scam.

Do Not buy anything from this company. I had ordered a hat "United We Stand" that was free but pay shipping & handling for $6.95. When I checked my bank account I was charged $73.13. For things that I never ordered. When I called they offered to give me a discount for the items sent to me. Was not interested in other offers only the hat "United We Stand". Spoke with two different representatives at different times and both hung up on me while speaking to them. Frustrated customer...

Don't but from these guys! I ordered a Crye JPC on the 23rd of sept, 2021 and heard nothing, no confirmation email, no order #, nothing. It's now October 5th and because of the silence I've cancelled the order, and placed it with another company.

I wont say which, but they sent shipping data, conformation emails, everything within nanoseconds of hitting "place order"

I'm not convinced this site isn't a scam. Saying it's because of riots and covid in the automated response email they send. That's all you get in response. The other site didn't have that problem, so what gives?

In stock - Super fast shipping - fair prices - thats all Im looking for - I'll always check here first.

I've ordered a few times and spoken to staff at US Patriot Tactical and I've always had a good experience. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and shipped everything quickly.

I made a purchase and then read reviews of the company afterwards. I was pretty sure i had just been scammed. That was far from the truth. I recived a tracking number within a day of the purchase and my item arrived within 3 days. No issues whatsoever.

Have never left a review for a company in my life... the service was so awful I had to. 4 1/2 months I waited for a pair of boots only to get the wrong pair. Then was forced to go out of my way to ship them back and couldn't receive ANY updates on refund status after 6 emails to a Margret. They didn't even refund the shipping I paid for. 7$ is nothing but you would think after such bad service and the error being on their part they could at least refund the whole amount...

So far not so great. Ordered a vest and can't get an update on shipping. They definitely took my money though. No call back or email back. Have attempted 3 times each way and no response.

Customer service at Zero!

Ordered a uniform from them and an hour later realized I selected the enlisted specialty badge instead of the officer one. I contacted them then and they didn't answer there phones, but left a contact number to which they never replied. I also emailed them and told them that to which I also haven't received a reply. I have tried calling multiple times since I ordered last Thursday. I finally get ahold of someone today who said oh order is locked now and it's custom so there is nothing I can do....hey man that's why I contacted you literally an hour after the order was placed along with an email. He also said we are normally pretty good at answering our phones. OBVIOUSLY NOT. What is the point of customer service when a. you aren't available and b. your only response is nothing I can do when you were negligent it responding. As someone in the customer service business, I am appalled. Horrible experience and will never order from them again. I suggest you don't either.

They added to my order 89.00 and said I ordered that also.Then didn't ship what they said I ordered. They stole my money from beginning to end. And now will not respond to my documented request for either product or money. Do not even look at there crap. They'll say you ordered it. And then steal from you. Bad Biz.

I've never ordered from you before, yet when attempted to order it said blacklisted listed.
I'm confused.....

Made an order for two butt stock mag pouches, one black on OD Green. When I made the order both were available, however magically they're on backorder. It took 11 days of waiting before I finally called to figure this out.

Worst of all, they could have sent the black one. Customer service was not helpful at all. Dude sounded more annoyed that I was calling than anything. Ended up just canceling the order.

Don't recommend, won't be a customer again.

US Patriot is terrible. Ordered boots from them almost 2 months ago and still haven’t received anything, not even an email. When I called after a month of waiting the lady told me that they are “waiting” for Garmont to send them the boots that she said (were supposed to arrive to their warehouse days before I called.) Doesn’t make sense and totally got scammed $160.00…STAY AWAY!!!

I believe this is a total scam website out to steal from folks. I placed an order for an item that showed available and in stock. My credit card was instantly charged for the order and I never received any shipping information. Typically retailers will not charge until a shipment goes out. I tried following up on their website two times and never received a response. I then called the 800 "customer service" number on the site which goes directly into a robot controlled voicemail where you have to request a call back. I have done that twice and still not heard back. Now I have to file a claim with my credit card company for the $98 I was robbed of.

Regarding the company reply:
(My order # is 00213548. Please cancel it and refund me as the item must not truly be available to ship. I would appreciate confirmation emailed to me at the email associated with the order.)

Ordered a backpack. They said it would ship in 1-3 business days. Over two weeks later I call and they say they will be available in *another* two weeks! Dishonest to say something is in stock when it won't be for over a month.

Found exactly what I wanted to complete my OCP gear for military field exercise. Quality outcome still pending real use.
