Changing our Energy Supplier

Changing our energy supplier was quite hard work this time but John Cochrane did all the hard work in ensuring that the move went ahead. The frustrations and delays that were caused by our old supplier, John was able to find out the answers and help resolve.
Happy to recommend John.

All I normally don’t write reviews but…

All I normally don’t write reviews but on this occasion I felt I must tell you a little about my experience with Utiltize Energy ( John Cochrane ) Originally I went with another company who made promises but never delivered on any of the specifications I requested. I therefore approached Utiltize and spoke to John. Well what an honest, humble and helpful guy, I was a bit dubious at first but John made sure that all my requests were achievable by talking to lots of suppliers, John came back to me with a few options and I went with his recommendation. I was worried that the support would end when the contracts been signed but no. I needed lots of help as I had never had online accounts and was so used to dealing with things over the phone. John dealt with things which I should be able to do but was struggling to do I know better now. The other reason has to be the savings John achieved me over £7,000 a year which in current times has been precious to keep my business afloat. Definitely give him a go you will be pleasantly surprised.
