Misinformed.

Looking back, felt pressured into going into contract with them.

Were busy taking on another unit at the same time. From moving from our previous Gas & Electric suppliers & dealing with them direct, to now having dealing with these & also utility suppliers too (time consuming & frustrating) .Bills are certainly far from reduced as informed?

Customer team, fine & polite,and always stay in touch,but dont realy see the point of Utility Wise ? Also tied until 2020, which we were mis-informed ? Promised a service which us ourselves are doing ???

Thank you Utility Wise for the better …

Thank you Utility Wise for the better deal we've secured with our electricity and nice to know that we can add our new premises onto the same plan. Savings and easier billing. Brilliant customer service from Rob French our Energy Consultant really fun to do business with and very relatable. He really made it simple and effortless for us. Excellent service by our "Energy Hero" (in joke) ;) THANKS!

Utilitywise do the work!!! :-)

Our company was approached by Utilitywise about 8 years ago and ever since they have handled our Energy contracts. This makes life so much easier for myself and allows me to get on with the day to day running of our business. They are always polite and efficient. I place my trust in them and hope they provide us with the best deal they can find.

Miss representation

Your rep Andy pushed hard for us to place an order for electric but dissappeared as soon as we agreed. I assumed he would be our point of contact and would not have placed the order if I had known that he would not

Omnishambles

An absolute joke of a firm. Agreed gas prices amounting to over £35,000. All contracts signed and confirmed. Three weeks later, having received no correspondence, I chase up only to be told that there was an error and they could no longer honour the agreed prices. Don't be fooled into thinking Utilitywise Plc is anything other than another tinpot utility broker.

Difficult to contact....

Moved to them 6 months... they were very keen to sign us up but since then it's been a nightmare to contact and they never get back to you. We have over 5 different sites so moved to utilitywise for the promise of a dedicated account manager who would work closely with us.... no chance of this as nobody ever comes back to you.... cannot wait to find someone else...

terrible service

I have tried to cancel with utilitywise snd they just ignore you. I have sent an email. This was ignored. I have told everyone who rings and they just make you seem stupid by their sales pitch. The last person actually hung up on me. I wouldn’t recommend them at all
