Misinformed.
Looking back, felt pressured into going into contract with them.
Were busy taking on another unit at the same time. From moving from our previous Gas & Electric suppliers & dealing with them direct, to now having dealing with these & also utility suppliers too (time consuming & frustrating) .Bills are certainly far from reduced as informed?
Customer team, fine & polite,and always stay in touch,but dont realy see the point of Utility Wise ? Also tied until 2020, which we were mis-informed ? Promised a service which us ourselves are doing ???

Difficult to contact....
Moved to them 6 months... they were very keen to sign us up but since then it's been a nightmare to contact and they never get back to you. We have over 5 different sites so moved to utilitywise for the promise of a dedicated account manager who would work closely with us.... no chance of this as nobody ever comes back to you.... cannot wait to find someone else...

I have tried to cancel with utilitywise snd they just ignore you. I have sent an email. This was ignored. I have told everyone who rings and they just make you seem stupid by their sales pitch. The last person actually hung up on me. I wouldn’t recommend them at all
