Dual service during the time difference to ensure our orders are shipped was very helpful. They also typically have stock that is harder to locate.

Failed Delivery
Ordered and pre-payment done but shipment unable to deliver as the stocks were gone. This caused a lot of unpleasant and frustration among the team. We have to reschedule and decommit the shipment.
