Once you are banned/Coin wiped they start ignoring you lol
Honestly I would give 0 stars if I could.
Went and bought 400k coins on Monday afternoon.
I had 800k before I bought it from them.
Coin was delivered in about 2 hours with no issues at first.
Around 9PM I received an email from EA saying that all coins have been wiped.
Went to utnice for after service with them hitting me with a response "They are checking with their delivery person".
2 days went by with me constantly checking in to see if they've found a solution yet. And all they can do is the same response "They are checking with their delivery person".
Finally when I guess I've been bugging them enough, they told me that there's nothing they can do but to refund me for the 400k.
After going back and forth and having to talk to them in their mothertongue, they told me they'll get me 100K in compensation when I had 800k in my account.
Customer service person starts getting agitated and basically told me I can take the 100k compensation or just f off.
Well, here I am.
