I've been dealing with uttings for years never had any problems with there service! Always first class I was a bit sceptical about the fact you can no longer speak to someone on the phone but what can I say I had a problem with a delivery so I messaged them and received a response in less than an hour and it was all sorted by the morning!!

A Shimano Stradic from Uttings
I’ve purchased from Uttings previously. An itch for a spinning reel was scratched with a quick search: the price, stock/delivery from Uttings was compelling. Paid for and delivered within 36 hours. The Shimano Stradic 3000 is the smoothest reel I’ve ever felt.

Let down by Royal Mail for my order
Let down by Royal Mail for my order. What should have been a 24 hour tracked service, turned into a 72 hour service! Informed Uttings of no delivery and they dispatched another item out to me via an alternative courier.

The service and system is excellent
The item I wanted was out of stock for quite some time, no fault of Uttings. But their system gave me an update when it still wasn’t in a while later then did email when it was. So I ordered it straight away from them.
