Beginning to wonder if this site had closed down, stopped responding, or gone under. I bought a suitcase in March 2022 and was super impressed with the price and delivery. However, I've been disappointed with the quality of the case. I've tried for a month to email their customer service and no one has replied at all. Tried calling, nothing. Emailed multiple times and still nothing. Really disappointed as I believe the product is faulty, and I'm trying to rectify the problem. Avoid.

EDIT: I have now directly contacted the manufacturer after eight weeks and five emails of non response, both in English and Swedish. I've also tried calling numerous times to no avail.

EDIT 2: I emailed the info@ address, and the reklamation@ address on the website (which it turns out is spelled wrong online). So, no, I didn't email the wrong address as claimed.

FINAL EDIT (18 Jan 2023): After three months of nothing, and one email back stating this would be followed up ASAP, it's gone quiet again. One star downgrade.

I ordered for a dark blue suitcase as my wife wanted the specific colour and Vaskan.com showed it in stock were as the other stores had it out of stock. But as soon as I ordered, the next day I got a call saying that this is not in stock and asked to choose some other colour; as the stock would only come in a month they said. Really was disappointing and had to order a black one instead. The delivery was in good time, the price was great and the product was decently packed. I am happy with product.

I ordered one handbag from väskan.com and everything went great. Payment was smooth and delivery also - thanks to DB Schenker in Sweden and Kiitolinja in Finland. I hope that it will be more easier to find out that you can order things to Finland also. Now it took some time from me to figure out how the delivery system to Finland works. But thanks for the customer service and good website.
