Terrible customer service and poor…

Terrible customer service and poor product. I bought the RM5754 video baby monitor and as it’s 1 month outside of a 12 month warranty, Vtech have refused to help. Not only is 12 month warranty poor when you think about how long you use the monitor for (probably closer to 3 years?!) but they have just refused to help in anyway so the only option I have is to buy another baby monitor. Rest assured I will not be buying another Vtech one. Disgusting.

STOP! STOP! STOP!
Fitting a tacker WILL invalidate your warranty!

This company poorly fitted a tracker to the wiring harness of my 2020 motorhome causing over £4200 worth of damage!

Fitting a tracker to the wiring harness WILL invalidate your warranty. Then then refuse to take reasonability, I had to take their parent company 'The Tracker Shop' to court to recover my costs.
