Love this product! Prints with GREAT quality!

Installed a replacement cartridge, and the computer tells me there is 100% ink, but it prints just blank pages. Yes, I removed the plastic ink containment strip.

Update: after contacting V4ink and explaining that the replacement cartridge didn't work, they collected some additional information (excessively, in my opinion), and sent me two replacement cartridges. The one I have installed now works very nicely, but the printer sounds like a dying cow when it prints! I don't really know if that's the cartridge, but I haven't done anything else to the printer, so I'm assuming it's the cartridge.

They are TERRIBLE. I received tracking number in a timely manner, but the USPS tracking site says the package was never given to them,I send a question to V4ink customer service, and they say that it shows delivered 3 days earlier, not sure how that is possible, because that would be the day after I ordered it, and where are they tracking it VS the USPS site itself? They said they would look into it and get back to me an send another, I heard nothing for 2 days, I then sent a e-mail asking what was the status of replacement, no answer, sent a 3rd request, no answer. V4ink is a TERRIBLE company an can not be trusted. I ordered direct from them, not through Amazon. Amazon should drop these incompetent companies

I ordered a 2 pack of cartridges for my Brother brand printer off Amazon. The first one worked fine but the second one was smudgy. I posted a 3* review and mentioned that on Amazon and V4ink read it and contacted me and offered to send out replacements. They did right away and the new pack worked fine. This is old fashioned great service that I really appreciated. I never even thought to contact them but they have a warranty on their products so I was impressed that they took the initiative to contact me to get things right.

Have had a very good experience with V4ink!

I received the toner cartridge with absolutely no toner...Someone forgot to fill it with toner! It did not even print one page. I paid $10.99, but Amazon is only refunding $8.79.

the ink last long comparing to other companies and the quality of the ink is also very good I print a lot for my business and v4ink is the best replacement inks that I have used and will continue to buy it.

V4ink never responds to a product concern. And for sure not in a timely way for V4INK toner to use in HP ptrinters

I ran out of ink at ,of course, a poor time and went to a shop to buy a new cartridge looked at the price went back home and pulled up Amazon and vink cartridges, quick simple and easy had them in two days half the price even with shipping and they work great. That's all folks..........

They sell ink and toner cartridges compatible with multiple printer brands, and provide fully product supports on their website. I am satisfied with its quanlity and customer service.
