Impossible to contact
Impossible to contact. I’ve asked to cancel a reservation (matter of fairness, I could simply leave the thing expire) and no feedback at all a part from an automatic reply. Nevertheless they perfectly know how to reach you urgin for payment… no contacts, nothing. Just an online form
Fairly easy website to use
Fairly easy website to use. Quick getting email confirmation. Would have liked a phone number to have actually to speak to someone.
Faulty booking system
We tried to book a certain bungalow but in the response email another type ("with pet" ) was confirmed. It was a mistake, showing unavailable houses still free on the website. Then it came up that the proposed house must be occupied only with dogs. (Remember: we wanted another mobile home, not the pet type). We ended up with an expensive solution...
Unable to speak to anyone
Rude service
Customer support stopped replying to emails when asking to update invoice. I choose to pay full amount upon arrival. I was informed that I have to pay the booked extras right way. I agreed to do so, but asked for a new invoice that states the extras to be paid. Instead, I am ignored and receiving payment reminder to pay a first instalment regarding a instalment plan which I did not agree to.
To solve the issue, I called customer service. Agent on phone was very rude. I asked to have invoice changed to reflect my selected payment option. This was denied as agent claimed my option has never been an option.
I am very disappointed that I was ignored and treated as stupid. Instead I would have liked the agent to at least check what has gone wrong. I was able to make a print screen of their checkout where the third option is listed. However, they continue to ignore my emails.
I can only recommend ☺️
