2-day trip to Toronto

I booked a 2-day trip to Toronto. The bus looked like old: no wifi, no recharge plugs, no seat belts. The second day, it broke down. We waited for 3 hours to get a new bus that only took us to Niagara. Some activities were cancelled and we got a refund. Then we waited for the bus that was coming FROM MONTREAL to take us back to Montreal. We arrived home at 5 am the following day instead of 21:30 pm previous day. Yet, they provided with a free dinner (Asian food was offered at all times) and buses to take us home as metro was closed.
We stayed in a bad reputation hotel too (the police informed us at some point.
The guide, Claire, did her best though she was inflexible and rude at some critic moments. The driver, Asian too, looked like a very nervous and funny guy.
I won't book any other tours with them because I thinks there's no guarantee in their buses and conditions although they found the best solution for the problem.

This tour was a lot of fun.

This tour was a lot of fun. We got to see many places, my favorite being The Falls at night. We went in April and it was very cold and snowing so we didn't get to do The Maid of The Mist boat ride so I would recommend going during a warmer season. Overall it was a great trip and our tour guide was very nice and helpful.
