Awesome selection, support, and team!

They double processed payment for both the deposit and the insurance. I even got an email saying my first payment didn't go through due to some computer error so I tried again and ended up getting charged twice. After 45 minutes in the phone with 2 agents trying to get this figured out I was told I would receive a refine for the double payment. However I never received it and then heard from the owner of the property that he received two payments for my deposit in his bank account been though the system spider not notify him of two payments. No one wants to take ownership for the mistake and it's been a big mess. BIG MISTAKE USING MY CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY. However the owner has been very proactive in trying to get it resolved so I'm very thankful for that. Otherwise it would never even consider us into this website as a source in the future for vacation housing.

We booked through Vacation Roost last year and our accomodations were fabulous. Chrissie was very helpful and the condo we got was the nicest we've ever rented and definitely not the most expensive, she got us a great deal. Also, they don't bombard you with email and marketing info, and give personal service! We booked with them again this year.

Julie went above and beyond the norms that I have been accustomed to in the past.. She was always available and took care of my complex travel needs and questions very quickly and efficiently. I feel like I have made a new friend. I hope the accommodations at the Borders Lodge in Beaver Creek turn out to be a great, long remembered experience. Thank you for your service.

Easy process and great to work with. My only input is that once a person puts in their travel dates, don't list properties in the search that aren't available. Some disappointment in the kid ranks when they thought they had found the perfect units only to find out they weren't available. Other than that, very good folks!

Vacation Roost is easy to use, provided rental information within the criteria that I specified. Easy to register and complete payment. Verification of registration confirmed with email was immediate.

The house was nicely situated for my family. No complaints nicely furnished. But, the bathrooms could have used a couple of more bars for hanging towels on since towels had to be folded over after use , thus they did not dry very well.
Good location for catching the bus to the ski slopes.

I am kinda surprised to receive this request since I have used Vacation Roost to book my skiing holidays for the last 4 years and this is the first time I have received a request for my comments.

Amy Jansen was just terrific. I changed my mind about where to stay at least 5 times and Amy kept a positive attitude and disposition throughout the process. She was OUTSTANDING... and the overall process was perfect

I was very pleased with this accomodation. Although not roomy, it was laid out in a way that gave it some "roominess." The features were very nice--tile, granite, nice appliances. It was generally very quiet--very little sound from neighboring units and no road traffic. For a skier, the location could not have been much better for skiing Park City and bus stops were very close by for skiing at Deer Valley. For older couples, i believe this unit would work best with just one couple. Younger people or a small family could probably function OK with it but it would be a bit cramped.

We got a great deal for a room right next to lift 7 in Telluride. Sounds almost too good to be true. But Julie said she wouldn't book us into a place that wasn't satisfactory. We are looking forward to our stay in Telluride. The only thing that worries me is that the company wouldn't provide insurance if we were delayed by a storm as our total didn't meet their standard.
This is not satisfactory.

The telephone operator was courteous and answered all my questions, and was patient while I made some selections. Friendly and informative and sent a follow up email within minutes including his name for future contact or questions-Darrell. Thanks

We Loved the location,but this unit was rather utilitarian...beds were very comfortable...living room furniture was broken down....patio area and pool were poorly maintained...stream was gorgeous...we would definitely try another unit in this building.

Our interaction with Amy Jansen was outstanding. She was responsive, knowledgeable, informative. I am so glad we found them. I just wish she knew other cities. We travel frequently and wish we could have our own "Amy" in every location.

First of all, James offered to book our transportation from the airport to our hotel
(The Carriage House). When we arrived, the transportation company did NOT have a reservation for us. We never received any emails from him as explained to us but our card was charged. When we arrived at the Carriage House, again there was NO booking for us. When we called the number on our confirmation we were finally given a room and got settled in only to find that an hour later this same room was given to another guest and our room code had been changed. If we hadn't run into them getting in our room, we wouldn't have been able to get into it because the room code had been changed. As we spoke with others who were staying there, they relayed the same things happening to them. Very poor management!!!!!!

First off by telling what a beautiful place to be. Telluride! So much to do and see in this small and quiet town. There is something to experience every season so you have to visit at least 4 times a year! However our vacation could not have been such an enjoyable experience without our travel accommodations and most of all our destination expert Jamie! Vacation roost you all rock! From the time Jamie picked up the phone the day I called she was on hand 24 / 7. All travel went 100% smoothly. The condo she found us was everything she said it was and perfectly located. We did not need a vehicle to get around. All was in walking distance. Ski in ski out. Equipment was brought to our condo. And everything very affordable! We will be back in touch for our aspen 2014 / 2015 holiday trip! Thank you Thank you!

My client was given many choices based on their family size. Very good pictures and details on each condo.

My only concern was commission arrived several months later. Thought it would be more timely.

Otherwise very satisfied.

Had great service from the representative I spoke with, Amy. Extremely helpful and friendly; was able to get quick information about multiple resorts and was willing to help with lift tickets, ski rentals, flights, and ground transportation.

Amazing that matters arranged by interet can work out so well.
