Fantastic wigs, very pleased. Although we had a problem with Royal parcel going missing, Valentine wigs sent out a replacement (although it was clearly not their error) without charge. Great price, excellent communication and service. Highly recommend and will buy again.

Valentine wigs is a friendly helpful company that answer your queries quickly. I ordered the lovely Nico wig which is a lovely bob and I ordered it in plumberry jam which is a lovely mixed red and purple mix. Just gorgeous and reasonably priced. Will buy again from here. Very impressed.

Placed first order with Valentines and was fweling very happy. Then things went wrong. When they eventually arrived they looked used and like product had been used on them both. Best way to describe them was returns maybe. They literally were a hot mess. Lost a lot of money and because of this, would not recommend this company and I know certain brands are non returnable but when you receive items which look like they have wear and product in them and this gets passed by their quality control as they said they had checked them, it leaves you dumbfounded. I was offered nothing. Asked them to remove me from mailing list too... So disappointed and couldn't afford like most of us to lose all my money.

I love that this is a small family-run business. Despite being an online retailer I felt like they looked after me really well throughout the whole order process. They sent useful emails with guidance and tips and when I had questions about products they were really helpful, responding really quickly. I ended up returning the wig I bought but they have me some really great advice, offering suitable alternatives. The returns process was pretty straightforward too, despite wigs being a very personal item. The customer service is amazing. One of the products I ordered (some shampoo) was out of stock but instead of refunding me they upgraded me to a larger version! And I received a lovely little thank you chocolate and a nice photo of the team with my order - a lovely personal touch.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again and I highly recommend them. They're super helpful, really knowledgeable and their prices are the best I've seen. Thank you so much!

Extremely helpful gentleman over the phone. Told me about vat relief I can get on a wig, which no one else has done before. Also told me roughly how long I would expect my delivery in. All in all very considerate and helpful with my ordering.
