Flowers did not arrive to the destination. The tracking number says “delivered “ but that is not true. My friend confirmed ahe received nothing. Terrible service and experience having to pay overpriced flowers . I demand a refund since they didn’t even send anything or maybe delivered to the wrong address. No communication or updates about the delivery at all.
Very disappointing!

I have never seen such a terrible flower delivery service. I ordered peonies on May 8, they had to deliver them on May 12. However, it was delivered on May 16. The flowers are in a terrible state, with an unpleasant odor. Just a waste of money. I am very sad.

I didn't want it delivered on 4 Mai 2021. I wanted it delivered on the 7 Mai 2021 but I was not allowed to choose a date. I had no choice of delivery date.

Very bad!

I ordered delivery at 24 th of December. Flowers were delivered 30 th of December. My elderly mother was not impressed with withered flowers that she received almost a week later than promised. It was her birthday.

We contacted Valnentins to solve this issue but no one ever responded for the complain. Obviously if you dont't wite in German they do not care about customer service and as long as they received the payment.

I am really dissapointed with the service and false promises on delivery guarantee.

I will never use this company again.

Once the flowers were delivered at the wrong time, 4 times the flowers came sluggish with spoiled petals, 2 times the flowers did not stand for 2 days!I made 3 orders of identical roses of 20 pieces(premium) - the flowers were of different lengths and different states of freshness!very bad

I enjoy using this site. It has a good selection and good prices and free delivery.

I have ordered several times from Valentins, but the quality varies.
In the spring I ordered a lot of peonies while they were still working with Lidl. Those peonies arrived on time and with great quality.

In the autumn I ordered a "Flair" flower bouquet for my friend. The flowers are not as fresh as the peonies, and I really can't see why it is worth of over 32 euros, as the bouquet turned out to be relatively small.

I assume that they have different supply chains for different flowers, which cause the differences.

All flowers are well packaged, which is positive.
