There are better options than Valhal Estate
I adise everybody against moving into any Valhal Estate apartment. There is a lack of communication, they are somtimes misleading, making mistakes and do not care that much about your experience as a tenant as they say in my opinion.
One example I can say is that the moving out process is not exactly smooth, and no matter how good of a condition you gonna leave your apartment, you gonna loose your deposit. The company might not beneft from it, but it seems like for that reason they do not care for finding good quality contrators with reasonable prises.
In case you are already a tenant, I advise having all agreements in a writen form, in case there is a mistake or misunderstanding you can back yoursef up. If you are soon moving, I advise you telling the company in a written form if you wish to pay your last months with your prepayed rent, since it is NOT an automatic procedure.
