Great experience with Valley Windows from start to finish. Gareth was really informative and provided me with a quote via email, once I was happy, a deposit was paid and the guys fitting the windows came out to measure up and double check everything was correct. Work then commenced about 2 weeks later. Four windows and a door fitted within a day, quickly and professionally. Lovely job, pleasant workmen and overall a happy customer. Competitive prices, cheaper than the big national wide companies. Just waiting for the FENSA certificate which I have been assured will arrive in the post soon. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from Gareth and the boys.Did a great job replacing some window hinges,all new windowsills inside and out,new patio doors,a replacement window and a new composit front door.I am absolutely delighted with the finish.Thank you so much.

Disappointing delays poor after sales service
Damage to stairs clear and obvious ( denied )
Damage to render on third floor botched repair with cement not matched to painted render
Fitters claimed they were badly briefed by prefit survey , they said it happened all the time

Was quoted over $16.000 Thousand 2x hung windows and 2x slideing doors for my patio 3x other quotes come in under 6k and just terrible too try and deal with

Needed a window repair where there was a large gap. Correctly diagnosed over the phone as needing new hinges. Quote £75 and booked it in.
Turned up on time, did the job and charged as quoted. Excellent Service, thanks.

Most arrogant and unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Make good was awful of my bi-fold doors and I couldn’t even lock them the first night. Outside brickwork make good is appalling. Anyone who wants to deal with this bunch of amateurs should know Gareth Gale’s previous company, M Installation Ltd was subject to compulsory liquidation which is why his current firm is in his wife’s name i.e.Nicola Gale trading as Valley Windows (anyone who doesn’t know, that means he couldn’t pay his debts!). Wonder how Mr Gale would like it if his customers didn’t pay him!

From my first contact with this company their customer service has been excellent; I have always received polite, friendly and helpful information and advice, with the added bonus of no pushy salesmen or marketing contacts. I had front and back doors installed last week and found the team to be very careful and respectful of my home, and they did a very good job. I have already recommended them to friends and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Awful, awful, awful!!
Cor where do I start. A disaster from start to finish…..
Glass was rippled. Extremely poor workmanship. Edges not finished. Window not sealed. Window sill wobbly and not even level.
Worst of all, they damaged the kitchen worktop as didn’t bother to put any protective sheets down!
The 1.5 day job turned into a 3 week nightmare!!!!
Tried to explain to Graham (The boss) about the problems. He just ignored me and implied I was making it up. All he was focussed on was payment, payment, payment.
This company is all about money and definitely not about the customer or quality of job!!!!
With so many choices of window companies in the area, I would strongly urge that you go elsewhere. I have 17 more windows that need changing, but this company won’t be getting any more business from me.

Valley windows bridgend.
Unreliable to say the least. They did not turn up for two appointments. All I wanted was a repair to my patio doors. The hinges needed replacing. If you didn't want the work you only had to say.

I eventually found another company. They only charged me £95 and not the £250 which Valley windows quoted me. Absolutely shocking
