Train your employees!

I usually LIKE riding the light rail downtown but tonight no. The employees working today were not properly trained at the 19th ave/ Dunlap Park & Ride. I was going to a concert at Chase Field. When you buy a concert ticket there, the light rail fee is waived. You ride for free to the event and back but the employees working today denied us a free ride. They required us to purchase tickets to ride. My friend came an hour later and road for free. Train your employees please. Ugh!

Valley Metro Drivers are rude and play…

Valley Metro Drivers are rude and play games with many passengers don’t they get paid just to drive! They also pass up a lot of people especially in areas where people are going to work or just got off a shift they walk to the bus stop just to get passed up. They claim it’s due to corona virus but if they really cared why don’t they clean the busses regularly there’s other alternatives than passing up people. They almost make it impossible to run errands before or after work because of the rude conduct. Just an observation! 😉

I am a disabled rider who uses reduced …

I am a disabled rider who uses reduced fare and just because I look young drivers have been getting extremely rude with me when I use reduced fare. I have four things wrong with my spine. One DDD and bone spurs in multiple places. This morning when I aboard bus and had not sat down yet he speeded up and I jolted forward. I am also hearing impaired and learning impaired. If I had not grabbed bar I could have had serious accident. As it is as I grabbed bar felt something pull like a muscle. What right do drivers have to treat young disabled people? It as if we are a disgrace to be in public and should therefore be segregated. I can't afford a car on my once a month income and must rely on public transportation.
