Stay away! If I could give "0*" it would be a more…

If I could give "0*" it would be a more appropriate valuation. The escrow agent, Lisa Donavan the most unprofessional escrow agent I have dealt with in over 40 years of real estate transaction.
Her follow up on task was never on time, she did not provide closing document until the moment of closings, and she charged more the twice the fee we had agreed (and is customary for our type of transaction) to pay with the real estate agent.
We had an appointment for executing the closing documents and when we arrived the next day she had not started to print the final document, Of course the pages were not sorted out and not marked for places of signature.
When trying to record the sale, we discovered that the property ID was not properly recorded and we had to delay the closings for two more days, incurring additional fees.
And if that was not enough, when we went through the deed of trust, we discovered that after Lisa had over 2 months to pull the information, she recorded the property title wrong again and stated that we purchased the entire block. we must now correct the title docs and prevent problems with future transaction.
