Impressive Customer Service
I ordered heartworm medication for my dogs. The order was processed quickly but my vet's office didn't respond to Valley Vet's request for the script. I was notified promptly, contacted my vet's office and the script was provided, however the script was for a different product than what I ordered. A rep from Valley Vet actually CALLED me with this information so that I could contact my vet's office and get it resolved. I was very impressed and happy that the VV rep CALLED me rather than having to wait and constantly check my orders status for updates. Very, very, very happy with this customer service!!!!

Dog and horse supplements in one stop!
The price for the joint supplement my vet recommended I purchase from them was out of my budget. I was able to get the same supplement for much less at Valley Vet as well as supplements for my horse. So nice to be able to order for both my horse and my dog from the same place!

UNJUSTLY PERSECUTED
THE COMPANY DELETED OUR ORDER AFTER WE REQUESTED THAT THEY REFRAIN FROME "SELLING OUR INFORMATION" TO THIRD-PARTY DATA BROKERS. MADE A CLAIM THAT SAFETECH CANCELLED OUR ORDER BECAUSE OUR PURCHASE WAS SUSPICIOUS.
CLAIMED TO SENT A REFUND WHICH IS NOT PENDING. WE ASKED FOR MORE DETAILS REGARDING THIS CANCELLATION THAT OMINOUSLY AROSE DUE TO REQUIRING THAT THEY "DO NOT SELL MY INFORMATION". BUT THEY HAVE IGNORED US.
