I snapped off my shoulder ligaments…

I snapped off my shoulder ligaments which you know is very painful. I asked the Surgery to top up my pain killers tablets as the ones provided by the hospital finished yesterday. Someone rang me and said I need to show proof I had been given them so I needed to take the box in with my details on. Which I did this morning painful enough to get out of the house arrive and they send me straight back home, no Drs appointment no pain killers and we'll get this sorted for you tomorrow afternoon. Are they having a laugh??? Your assistants you have no clue I just need it sorting like you promised. No records left on their system looks like they all need to hold each others hands. Useless. Patients come in with server pain and no help was provided. I hope they understand one day when someone says no to them after arranging everything. I never use the Drs and the one time I do and I pay for my medicine so I don't waste money or anyone else's time. People and places like this that give the NHS a bad name.
