Poor quality, not as described, does not reply to emails. PayPal refund.
I bought a Santa wig and beard from this company for a school fair. They were of poor quality and to my horror they glowed in the dark! Not good for a Santa in a dimly lit grotto. I would have looked more like an alien. There was no mention of the glowing in the dark on the website.
I contacted the company and received a return address to Estonia. I had to pay £6.15 to return the items. After 5 weeks and multiple emails with no reply I contacted PayPal; they received no reply from Vanessa Grey either and refunded my purchase costs.
If you are thinking of buying from them then think again, THEN THINK AGAIN.
