Very impressed all round
I ordered it evening time and my item arrived the following day, being dispatched an hour after purchase! The quality is very good and I am happy extremely impressed with how speedy the whole process was. I will definitely be ordering from here again and recommending this website!

The t-shirt I bought was fantastic, couldn't believe the quality of the print.
I always dread buying printed t-shirts from new companies as I've received some terrible ones in the past. This is definitely my new site for t-shirts.

I wouldn’t even give a one star!! Ordered 3 lots of girls barbie pjs. When the package was received it stank; so binned it immediately, inside packaging and all 3 pjs stank like vomit, I returned pjs along with postage receipt as I’m not paying postage if faulty, after going back and fourth they refunded me but refused to refund postage as they called me out to be a liar and said it smelt like nothing other than fresh clothing, sarcastic rude customer service!!!!! Would not recommend shopping here!!!!
And I love how they respond so fast on trust pilot!!

We have checked over the email correspondence and at no point have we have advised you are a liar or confirmed the item smelt fresh so we are saddened that you choose to to misrepresent us here. All of our items are 100% brand new and we have an average customer rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars for this product. We also offer a 30 day refund policy so that if our customers are not 100% satisfied like yourself they receive a full refund as we processed for you too.
Great T-shirts and customer service experience
I've bought a number of Vanilla Undergrounds t-shirts and have always been happy with the quality of the material and of the print. I recently had a delivery issue with Royal Mail losing an order for several weeks, but customer service at Vanilla Underground gave me a happy resolution in super quick time. Many thanks.

Customer services and delivery
Had an issue with an item emailed customer services and thought I wasn’t getting a response. Turns out there must be an issue with emails getting through as the lady has emailed me and apologised and rectified my issue quickly. Will order from this website in the future. The item I did buy in the first place was sent out and was with me within 2 days
